June June House was an amazing stay! The team was extremely helpful & even offered early check in upon hearing that we would arrive to Tainan earlier than check in time. The team was there to greet us, was very friendly and explained everything throughly from the shared space on 1F to our space on 4F. The pictures do not do the place justice! It was beautiful & clean. If you’re hesitant about the bathroom, don’t be because it was perfectly fine and doable. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Tainan.

Advantages: 1. Conveniently located and accessible, motorcycles can be parked directly on the riding floor. 2. A/A/A/O. 3. Bathroom water is hot enough and the lotus head is strong enough. Cons: 1. Overall, it looks clean, but a lot of small spaces are still dirty.Floor mats, cotton comforters, moldy bathroom tiles, etc. 2. The outdoor air conditioner is running loudly and there will be constant noise as long as the air conditioner is running. 3. The soundproofing of the room is poor... basically, you can hear the sound when you talk next door, and the door is slightly vibrated. 4. Beds and quilts should only be replaced with cotton covers on the exterior layers. There is a small slice of mold on the skin the first night of sleeping. The husband is also not allergic and reacted to footsteps... I don't dare to cover the quilt afterwards. 5. indirect lighting. One of the light pipes was broken the first night, sparkling a little star (? I think it's hard to run a homestay and the host is very nice, so the number of stars is not deducted, but I hope it can continue to be improved ~

The listing is exactly the same with the pictures. Towels and basic necessities were provided. The entrance area is quite small and if you enter or exit at the same time with other guests, it will be quite crowded as everyone is busy putting on and taking off their shoes. The host will not be using the airbnb platform to communicate but use line instead. The room is right next to the street so it is very noisy, especially when motorcycles come and go. Do not expect a good nights sleep here because of the noise that will wake you up every now and then. There are also cats that randomly fight and scream outside 😅 Also, make sure to close the curtains when you enter as people outside can directly look down into the room. The luggage area is a rack outside the bnb. It is convenient as you may leave and get your items as you wish, but leave at your own risk, as there are no locks or security and is accessible by anyone and everyone. Definitely an affordable place to stay for a night.

Thank you Poky for your enthusiasm and hospitality. I really don't want to go out when I step in the door. The common space on the first floor makes people feel relaxed for a second. I directly rely on my friends to chat and laugh here ^ ^ The room is very clean and spacious, and I thoughtfully provided cotton swabs and cotton pads.Breakfast is great too! I will still miss the whole experience so far, completely hotel service, very good!I will definitely be staying in the future!

Poky is the rarest and most wonderful kind of host. He gave us so much useful information on Taiwanese culture and food that we never would have learned on our own. We also had a lot of fun watching movies from his collection and learning from him about Taiwanese cinema as well as other movies from around the world. Yes, as other reviews mention the place was also perfectly lovely, stylish, cozy, unique, and comfortable. And of course the breakfasts were phenomenal. As were his local and not so local recommendations! We won't look elsewhere next time we're going to Tainan and you shouldn't either. Just book now and rest assured you will absolutely enjoy your stay.

The room was clean and tidy, just checked in the next morning about 5 o'clock next to the field There are trucks to do things, wake up
