Vacation rentals with breakfast in North Bondi

Wendy’s place had everything we needed and more for out stay. The fridge full of breakfast things was such a nice touch! Great clean space with lovely balconies, so close to Watson’s bay!

3 of us stayed here whilst attending a conference nearby. We all loved the apartment which was spacious and well stocked. We liked it so much we stayed 2 extra nights. The view of Malabar beach from the living area was lovely. I definitely recommend it - Linda was indeed a super host

Kim is an EXCELLENT Airbnb host! Even before we booked, she was incredibly flexible and responsive, making the whole process so easy and stress free. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and was genuinely supportive throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, Kim and her family made us feel welcome and cared for. Her communication was prompt and thoughtful, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The property itself is amazing, beautifully maintained, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Ryan’s place was a beautiful setting close to the beach. It was cosy and light. He provided simple instructions for entering the vicinity and was responsive when needed. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at Elise’s place . The unit was spacious , clean , close to the beach and restaurants . We took our dog which was amazing as Elise’s place has a private grass area he could run around and play . We will definitely be back

Peta and Grahams home is an oasis and perfect for one person or a couple for either a short or longer stay. The space is immaculate and every thing has been thought of with care and consideration. The fridge filled with essentials was a lovely surprise along with the welcome letter and chocolates. Being a local I was very familiar with the area but this would be a perfect place for interstate and overseas visitors to have a sense of a bushland setting, proximity to beautiful middle harbour bushwalks, the creek bubbling away in the rear yard at the same time being very easy to access the Sydney CBD. Absolutely gorgeous apartment in an ideal location - walkable to everything buzzy in Bondi or the smaller more peaceful beaches in the other direction (Tama, Bronte, etc). Perfect location a short walk from Tamarama beach and the VIEW!!! Apartment is lovely and modern inside, very comfortable and feels very private. Victoria was an incredible host and managed to arrange an early check in and late check out when she found out my flight times. Would absolutely stay again!

The whole apartment including the kitchen was clean and well furnished. The location less than a block from Botany Bay is beautiful and convenient and there is a supermarket a short walk away.. Thekla is a very friendly hostess and she and her husband were very helpful. I would totally recommend this place.

Hosts Nives and Perry are the perfect hosts. Kept in touch throughout and made checkin a breeze Perfect location. Easy bus access to the CBD. Short walk to the restaurants on Norton St with Supermarket nearby. Everything you in a self contained apartment. Included nice welcome pack including milk, fruit and coffee. Good space to cook, a dining table & balcony table.

Tanya and Col's place was great, its small but comfortable with easy walking to Dee Why beach and shops, and easy access to Manly and surrounds. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was especially during the night and we slept soundly in the very comfortable bed. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely consider this accommodation again.

The stay at Bob Reed's house was a 10 out of 10. My decision to book that room was based on the photograph that illustrates the offer: a pleasant atmosphere with a magnificent view, in one of my favorite corners in Manly. To my surprise, everything exceeded my expectations, from the level of cleanliness to the quality of every detail it offers. The host is a person of exquisite sensitivity, who has lived and traveled extensively, with whom you can share interesting and fun talks, but who knows how to respect the privacy of his guest. I would definitely stay at Bob's Fairlight Gardens again.

Had an extremely wonderful stay at Harold’s abode! His hospitality and friendly nature helps in making you feel right at home! I enjoyed all the heartening conversations with him 🙂 I must also add that his two lovely pet dogs- Luna and Max are a delight to be around; calm and very playful. Coming to the room and amenities, everything is as described in the bnb post and we had no inconveniences whatsoever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, homely and safe place to stay. Thanks once again, Harold!

Such an amazing air b n b! The house is beautiful and has been done up amazingly! Safe and quiet area just by the uni and easy to get the bus into central then trains wherever you want to go! The house felt super homely as soon as I got there and had everything you needed for a lovely stay! Would have stayed longer if it was available- would recommend it to anyone in Sydney!

We had a lovely stay at Alison’s place - very clean and comfortable in a great location near Queen’s Park. Alison was a friendly and responsive host. The breakfast supplies were much appreciated, especially the delicious homemade marmalade!

Thoroughly recommend staying here. Always feel like home away from home. Beautiful space with everything you could possibly need.
