Vacation rentals with a patio in North Beach

We loved the home and everything about it! It was just as described and in a calm, peaceful neighborhood. Great parking out front and easy access to get inside! The home has everything we needed with very comfortable bedding and furniture!

This was my second stay at this Airbnb, and it was just as fantastic as the first—if not better! Returning felt like coming back to a peaceful little retreat. The space remains just as charming, clean, and thoughtfully put together, with every detail designed for comfort and ease. This time around, I was able to fully enjoy the private outdoor patio, and it truly elevated the experience. Whether sipping coffee in the crisp morning air or winding down with a cocktail in the evening, it quickly became my favorite spot to relax. The hosts continue to go above and beyond—warm, responsive, and clearly dedicated to making every stay exceptional. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Still highly recommend without hesitation!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment as a family of 3. It was comfortable, and peaceful, and as described. The kitchen had enough utensils and amenities to cook home meals. We stayed with a toddler and felt that the apartment was family friendly. The AC worked very well during 90-degree temps. The location is superb and extremely walkable - we walked to King Street or old town Alexandria every day. We were also able to take the metro into Washington DC- very easy walk to the metro. We would stay again next time we are in the area!

I had a great stay here! I really loved that I was able to find a place that allowed me to travel with my dog! Great location, very close to everything in DC and great places in Arlington. 10/10 recommend!

Stayed at Erin’s place for a night and wish it was longer! The room is steps away from the restaurant I met with my friends at. It is situated near all that Del Ray and the rest of Alexandria has to offer. In addition, the bed was quite comfortable and the suite itself is quite luxurious.

I stayed in DC over 20 times in the past 20 years. I have to say Chris’s place was at the top of the list. I picked it because we were going to the Smithsonian zoo. Which was only a 8 minute walk to the Harvard walk in gate. The best restaurant within walking distance was ll Supremo Italian food. Very good for such a small place

Jillian was welcoming and very kind, she gave me a heads up that there would be extra kids during one of the days which I appreciated. the apartment was very comfy, she has throw blankets on the couch which is rare in an Airbnb!

What a beautiful home!! We found ourselves just “stuck” in front of the large windows overlooking the river. Communication was quick! Beds were perfect! Lots of games to play and we used the kayaks daily! Even caught crabs. Would love to come back again!

Wish we could have stayed longer! We didn’t need to bring anything. All linens, paper products, towels, and kitchenware were provided. Right down to mosquito spray. picnic blankets, and s’mores. Charles was helpful, flexible, kind, and available. He was willing to give my kids and I an up close lesson on beekeeping. He has 5 well maintained hives on his property and was eager for us to come along checking in on them. It was very impressive! The property was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. There are a few paths to venture out on. One lead to the private beach, another out to a close view of the bay. The deck was the show stopper. The view of the water was amazing. While sitting on the deck, there were hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer passing through. And we could see all of this from the comfort of the hot tub . The game room was a nice bonus. There was something for everyone: darts, poker, drawing, puzzles, movies, board games. I appreciate you sharing your cottage with us!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay! Beautiful place with everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was well stocked and our host had thought of everything! Clear instructions, great recommendations for local spots etc. And the huge backyard and deck was perfect for us and our pups. Very comfortable beds and pillows too! Finally, host communicated so well and was incredibly accommodating.

Roomy, clean, comfortable beds and a well stocked kitchen. Loved the treats and excellent screened porch.We were attending multiple events for a family wedding and found Sherri’s place a welcome spot to rest and recharge. Would whole heartedly recommend!!

I had my bachelorette party at Demetria’s house and absolutely loved it! It looks exactly like the photos and is spacious and clean. Demetria provided clear directions and prompt responses along with flexibility during the checkout process, making it much less stressful for my bridal party and me. Would absolutely recommend!

Our stay at Justin’s Hot Tub Haven in Annapolis, was exactly that…a haven with a much enjoyed hot tub! Justin was exceedingly responsive, proactive, and flexible. The home is very well appointed with all the necessities, plus all the thoughtful touches like umbrellas, a doggie waste station, and bath robes to name a few. Our children loved the downstairs space (and secretly the adults were thrilled they had it too), and it felt to them like they had their own little apartment. The backyard felt like a small resort. We loved the quick walk to shops and the our boys loved the nearby basketball courts and baseball fields. We highly recommend this home and will stay here again!

We had a great stay here. Beautiful views of the water. Hosts were quick to respond. Good WiFi. Large deck with teak table and weber grill. Easy walk to water access. The waterfront is the best I’ve seen on the Bay. Sandy with shady and sunny spots against the cliffs. From the water access, you can walk in one direction to the limestone cliffs for shark tooth hunting. The other direction goes all the way to the marina. We hope to stay here again.

We had a wonderful time! The whole house was very clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and updated. We had plenty of room to cook, eat at the dining room table, play board games and watch TV. We enjoyed the walkable community. We walked to the Wetlands Nature Center/trail, the boardwalk, and the wonderful restaurants. Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Just what we were looking for. We will definitely return for another visit.

This was a wonderful stay. I loved how they communicated. Very informative. I was in town for multiple events and the furthest i traveled was 12 min. The location is amazing. Compact amenities. Definitely recommend

We felt right at home in Ian's place. It was very clean and exactly as described - spacious, walkable to so many things yet tucked away and private enough that it's quiet at night. One thing to note is the bed is incredibly firm.

Celia’s place is one of those AirBnbs that just shine. It is a beautiful, private, comfortable and spacious apartment in a central but very quiet neighbourhood. And the hosts really have thought of everything. From coffee and milk through to gowns in the bedroom, it is a bit like staying in a five star hotel. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Me and my husband had a truly fantastic stay here at the Jewelbox. It is in a very sweet neighborhood that is the perfect walking distance from E-bikes, a park, multiple bus stops, a gas station, and convenience stores. Each one of the hosts on this stay made me feel incredibly comfortable to say if I needed ANYTHING!! They put effort into making it very easy to find where to park, and took previous feedback to make things even better than before. I seriously loved the stay here and WILL BE returning⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!
