Located in a quiet and peaceful street only a short 4 minute drive to the beautiful Mollymook beach and a 3 min drive to Tallwood avenue shops, restaurants and cafes. This beautiful property is filled with gorgeous spaces from the warm interior, to the stunning outdoor fire pit, front entertaining deck and outdoor shower.

Studio cottage farmstay with river views

Nestled in the Benandarah State Forest, on 52 private hectares of pasture, is Biddie's Farm Cottage. With beautiful views of the Cyne Mallows river which runs off from the Clyde, this vintage cottage was built from timber found on the farm and reclaimed planks from a 100 year old shack from Bega. Biddies is full of cosy country comforts including a/c, column heater for winter, and a 40 inch smart TV. The queen size bed is a vintage brass frame. There is the farm to explore and river access.

The Studio@ Little Forest

There is plenty to do, from exploring the property, checking out Milton's cafes, boutiques, restaurants and venues, to enjoying beautiful local walks and surfing or just hanging at the beach. There is something for everybody here. The Studio has a kitchenette. Cooking facilities include a single induction hot plate, microwave, Weber Barbecue and mini fridge. EV charging.

Owl Nest

Owl Nest is located next to our home with its own secure contained yard. It is situated on two and a half acres of landscaped gardens. Enjoy a private setting with abundant local wildlife greeting you as you sit back on your private deck enjoying a fresh brewed coffee or drink. I have provided many additional items to enable a pleasant stay and Im happy for you to bring your house trained dog. However I need to know if you bring pets, bring their bedding along. Pet fee, $20 for their stay.

Garden Bay Beach Getaway - "The Beach Shack"

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish & affordable space only a stones throw from secluded Garden Bay beach. A gentle leisurely stroll to Mosquito bay boat ramp and Cafe 366, or head in the opposite direction over the hill to Malua Bay surf beach. A 10 minute drive North to Batemans Bay or South to Broulee. The Garden Bay Beach shack is a self contained, downstairs unit with all mod cons and built for couples, but can accommodate a small child as an extra. Excellent romantic retreat.

It features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas, one especially for the kids (or kids at heart).

Tawillah is an exclusive accommodation for one couple with a king size bed. It has commanding views of Milton countryside and the nearby Budawang Ranges. Make some memories at this unique, cosy beach house. Only 200 metres from beautiful Surfside Beach. ShoreBreak is one of the last few authentic 1960s beach houses. Only a short walk from Cullendulla Reserve offering secluded beach, bush and mangrove walks. The yard is completely fenced off and the house is only 300 metres from a Dog Friendly beach, so ideal for dog owners. Surfside is only five minutes drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Batemans Bay.
