Vacation rentals in North Abaco

We packed a lot of family into this house, and it worked. We had a great time. The sunroom provides a quiet escape from the great room. The guest house out back became the spot for nappers in the afternoon. The walk to Ocean Beach was so easy that the big kids were comfortable going back and forth solo within a day or two (to go between family at the house and on the beach). The kitchen worked well for us. The basic dry goods (spices, oil) helped us throw together dinner for a hungry crowd within minutes of arriving. Overall, GTC was chill and lovely, and this house was the perfect home for our visit. Billy and Erin were friendly and helpful, making it that much better throughout.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the house and Treasure Cay beach. It is a great house for a family trip, amazing beach for swimming, sand castle building, shell collecting and running. The house is spacious, and enabled family time while also allowing people to seek some individual space for work, studying, etc. Internet access worked and allowed us to stay connected while in our tropical paradise. We cooked many family meals and truly enjoyed our time (you can buy Caribbean lobster tails and the griddle allows you to cook them!) It has everything you need for meals. The island is still recovering from Hurricane Dorian, which means there is less " tourism entertainment, which is exactly what we were looking for. Our favorite part was the sandbank where we collected sand dollars and shells, about a mile walk over the beach from the house, or a five minute drive. Great and very responsive hosts as well, highly recommend this location! We will be back to this house to make more memori

This villa is a gem! Steps from a stunning beach with soft white sand and vibrant blue water, it’s paradise. The villa is clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with comfy beds and all the amenities you need. The host was super helpful, sharing local tips that made our stay unforgettable. A short walk to Florence’s Cafe for amazing cinnamon rolls was a daily treat! The ferry to Green Turtle Cay is close for a fun day trip to feed turtles and stingrays. Perfect for relaxing or exploring, this villa is a dream. Can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!

Maranatha cottage is a very comfortable and picturesque Loyalist saltbox cottage. It has great views on both floors. It has all the amenities one can need. It is very conveniently located with all the town sites in proximity. My kids loved playing basketball with the locals at a nearby town basketball court. It was wonderful to walk in the mornings to the bakery by the dock for a loaf of freshly baked bread. Our host, Jennie, was very caring, she met us at the ferry and arranged for delivery of a golf cart. The house is well equipped for an occasional power outage, with lanterns, powerful fans that work during outage and the layout of the house that takes good advantage of the sea breeze on both floors.

This is our 3rd stay at Lo Key Villa and it did not disappoint! The separate upper and lower levels are perfect for a group trip (especially with kids). The space is clean, AC and fans worked well, and we felt safe. The washer/dryer worked and felt clean. The kitchen has enough supplies (and a great blender). The host, James, was responsive and helpful too! The proximity to CocoBay is insane - instant activities for kiddos or relaxing away from the excitement of feeding turtles and stingrays. We loved taking out the kayaks for a peaceful adventure. This home will always have a special place in our hearts. Can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful time at the Coco bay house. The house is super spacious and perfect for having family dinners. If you have little ones, Coco Bay is a great place to be as the water is typically a little more tame Jon and Tina were wonderful hosts super with communication and their house keeper margaret was great as well . We are looking forward to coming back soon.

The house and location worked out perfectly for our weekend trip to Green Turtle Cay for a friends wedding! We loved having a full kitchen and 4 bathrooms. Emily was also very responsive and an easy host to work with. We will absolutely be booking this house again next time we visit the area.

It’s hard to be brief about this spot. Magical and dreamy. But as a bonus, you’ll have Lisa, the house manager, completely take care of things for you. If you’re fun and nice, Erick’s brother may very well bring you some fresh lobster off his boat (in season), you’ll have Debra from T and A golf carts right around the corner, you’ll have a dock to keep the boat you rent from Sunset Marine. If you fish you’ll have bonefish swimming right off the dock (and maybe some other fish too). The house is amazing. Fully equipped. Hanging rack, small vacuum, every kitchen tool you need, beach chairs, beach bags, a cooler to use, the most comfortable bed and so much more. We will DEFINITELY be back and just had an amazing time!

Sea Treasure is the perfect place to stay in Treasure Cay! Beautiful house and close to the beach, we’d definitely stay here again!
