Vacation rentals with a kayak in Norte Region

Liliana’s home is perfect for a family holiday. We had mixed age groups and the downstairs bedroom and bathroom is good for older generation with easy access. We were by the beach for walks and nearby was a cafe and restaurant for evening meals and morning coffees and cakes. We got Ubers into Porto which were very easy to get and reasonably priced. You can have busy days in Porto and quieter evenings in the house in Gaia which suited us perfectly. Liliana was a fantastic host who organised a cab for us from the airport. Any questions we had she provided quick answers and helpful tips. I would definitely recommend the house and host. Just for info - We took a bus tour in Porto for 48 hours would take the bus to the point closest to the house and grab an Uber from there which worked out cheaper.

The unbeatable place. Quiet, with all the comforts in case you want to stay at home,but also with options to make plans outdoors. Close to wonderful places. The house is very well equipped and Guillermo at all times attentive to our questions

Carla and António were the best hosts we could have wished for. Friendly, helpful, making us immediately feel at home. The house is beautiful and the wonderful farm, far from everything, which makes it the ideal space to rest and spend some beautiful days. The friendly animals were cherry on cake, our baby loved it!

We rented the entire villa for 9 days for 6 guests consisting of family & friends. Alessandro made every aspect of or visit pleasant and guided us through everything we needed to know about the house and the area. He’s the kindest of hosts and considerate of guests privacy as well. Modern building in a peaceful village. Bright and spacious apartment. Very quiet surroundings. Very clean and modern flat. Fast and reliable WiFi, smart-tv and a comfy sofa. Beds with new mattresses. Fully equipped kitchen, automatic coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle. You will need a car to get around, though. Small and well equipped store in walking distance, restaurants easily reached by car. Silvia was super friendly and always there when needed, but very discreet. She gave us valuable information on the surroundings and interesting things to see, like Águeda and Aveiro. We felt very welcome and like at home. We can fully recommend Avelino's place. Thank you again, Silvia!

The view from this home is priceless. It is spacious and very comfortable. The power went out multiple times but always came right back on. The host was quick to respond to all of our questions and requests.

If you are looking for a secluded, quiet, peaceful place, then you need to stay at Cesar's House. The sounds of the stream, the quiet neighborhood and get to stay what was a medieval mill gives you the feel of history. Cesar was great. He met us to greet us at our arrival. Treated us to breakfast with croissants, Portuguese patries, and breakfast drinks. The house has all the amenities you need for your stay. There are stores and restaruants within easy walking distance. I felt safe day or night at Cesar's. Can't say enough. Cesar was easy to communicate with as well. Highly recommend!

We had a great few days. The place is perfect for two people and the surroundings are beautiful for walking and enjoying beautiful sunsets. Ideal for disconnecting.

The Los Carballos country house won over the family from the photos and we fell in love when we arrived. Javier accompanied us there and made us feel right at home, explaining everything in detail and recommending lovely places to visit. We had an amazing weekend, enjoying all the amenities: a barbecue and stone tables outside, a well-equipped kitchen, very spacious showers, super comfortable beds and a pellet fireplace that made the living room very cozy for playing board games. The estate is a paradise, with trees, grass and space for children and adults to play and enjoy: even a badminton court! At night, we used the sun loungers to see the stars and the Milky Way, an unforgettable sight! Javier, an exceptional host, always attentive, treated us with great affection. In short, a wonderful experience in a dream house and estate, perfect to enjoy with family or friends and explore the beautiful area of Baiona and its surroundings. We'll be back!

We chose this place for a little escape by the end of our busy season and to celebrate a birthday. We wanted a hut, peace and nature. We got it here. The hut served our purposes for the short stay with all the amenities you need, including heating. The views were breathtaking and the location is out of this world. During the day (a week day) one could only hear birds and the nighttime is one of the most peaceful you can get. Of the sky is clear, it's perfect to watch shooting stars. Would be back at anytime for a longer term.

We are very very thankful to Helena and Luis. They are very sweet, helpful and amazingly kind. We felt right at home in this absolute stunning place. It is a bit difficult to find, but Helena was a great help. We LOVED it and enjoyed it to the max! We will be back for sure!

Amazing place with a breathtaking view of the Douro! In addition, possibility of kayaking!! This place is sublime and very soothing.
