Welcome to live next door to moose and deer. In this little cozy house, you live on your own plot at the top of Frejs Backe. The plot has a large balcony around three sides of the house, with sun for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At the house there is a large lawn suitable for play and games. The surroundings consist of meadows and beautiful forest. 200 meters to the swimming jetty and 800 meters to the cliffs and beach in the evening sun. The kitchen has a stove, oven, fridge & freezer and microwave. One bedroom has a bunk bed and in the living room there is a wood-burning stove.

Accommodation on Gräddö 15 minutes from Norrtälje! We rent out our nice house located high in the sun from morning till night. There is hot water. The tent is only set up in the summer. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms as well as one bathroom and a kitchen. Please let us know how many you are and what you have plans with and during your stay. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en brygga och bjuder in till bad.

Welcome to our charming lakeside cottage in idyllic Kummelnäs, right by the water with its own jetty and fantastic views of Stockholm's inlet. On summer evenings (April to mid-September), you can enjoy magical sunsets right from the balcony or the dock. The cottage is about 40 square meters (430 square feet) and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is also a sauna, charcoal grill and the possibility to rent SUP for wonderful trips on the water.

There is a double bed of 140x200 cm in the sleeping alcove and two bed rolls, these are best suited for children. Private patio with seating area. Only a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Ica Kvantum, Norrtälje city center and Socitetsparken. Mini golf course is very close to the property. Bus stop just outside the house. Parking at the property is included.
