In the middle of many restaurants and cafés in the area, from Vanadisplan to Rörstrandsgatan and also close to Vasaparken which lays between the two squares Odenplan and Sankt Eriksplan. Very beautiful and newly renovated apartment in the gingerbread house, a former factory building in central Sundbyberg. Here you live on the second floor of a magical attic, plenty of space and with a natural gathering point in the kitchen. The house is in a quiet street but the pulse is around the corner with grocery stores, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. There are also nearby lakes for pleasant walks and it is less than 100 meters to the subway / commuter train / crossroad / buses.

Wonderful penthouse in the heart of Stockholm

On the top floor you´ll find this extraordinary penthouse with high ceiling and New York-style loft. It also has a big balcony, very nice for hot days. Its situated in the trendy district of Stockholm, Södermalm, close to everything, with lots of nice restaurants, cafeés, pubs and shops close by. Also the subway and many buses are right outside the house. Suitable for couples, small families, possible to put in an extra bed for two couples with one bed room each.

Welcome to my place! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to Stockholm. Located in Old Råsunda, “Swedens Hollywood”, where Ingmar Bergman (famous Swedish director) shot many of his films. The area also has many exquisite restaurants, wine bars and cafés and is only a few minutes (by foot) from Friends Arena as well as Mall of Scandinavia, Northern Europes largest indoor mall with excellent shopping opportunities.

A cozy writer's studio under the roof on a calm street next to Stockholms biggest park Gärdet and the vast recreational area Djurgården. Great communications with buses leaving from the block every 10 minutes and only two blocks from the nearest underground station. A small pentry underneath the skylight with a microwave and a Nespresso machine. Perfect for anyone fed up with boring hotel rooms who wants something special.

William's place is the standard by which other AirBBs should be measured. Great location, clean/spacious apartment, easy to check-in/out..fantastic! The stairs (mentioned in previous reviews) are what you would expect in a building in Europe that is hundreds of years old. The location is a quick walk to a grocery store or bakery..Gamla Stan as a whole takes no time at all to walk across. It was nice to have a washer in the unit, just need to budget time for an air dry. The coffee maker was fantastic and probably saved us a good amount of money each morning from buying coffee. We will certainly look to stay here again should we find ourselves back in Stockholm!

We are a family of 4 and couldn’t have had a better stay as in Niklas & Victorias flat. The flat itself is amazing and the area just perfect to reach Stockholms main attractions by feet. Very friendly, proactive support was given by Niklas & Victoria. We would love to come back to explore the remaining part of Stockholm.

Ann-Sofie's place is a gem. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Super easy check-in. It is also located by a lot of nice restaurants and cafes. Ann-Sofie is very responsive and even provided us with breakfast for our first day. I'd highly recommend this place to anybody visiting Stockholm.

The flat was very clean and really really comfy for 7 people. It was so nice to have a code for the door, instead of having to carry a key around. The trainstation was like a 5-10 mins walk, which made it no problem if you want to spontaniously go out. The host was really friendly and responds fast. We had a really good time staying in this airbnb. Thank you!

We had a wonderful time in Nico's apartment. We really enjoyed that it was well located for exploring Stockholm. The apartment is close to several bus stops! Nico and Gustav were very helpful hosts. If we come back to Stockholm, we would like to return to this apartment. Full 5 stars!

We had a lovely time staying at Camilla's place in Stockholm. It was very near the T and a bus stop, so getting anywhere we wanted to go was very easy. Camill and her partner made many recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. They could not have been nicer or more responsive! We felt right at home. They had a fully supplied kitchen, and their coffee maker was the best! The bathroom was smaller than we are used to, but I think it was pretty good sized for a city apartment. It was clean, and the shower was great. Hanging out in the living room chatting and watching tv later at night with our grown kids was wonderful.

Great place. This is a large studio apartment with a glassed off bedroom, full kitchen, and combined shower/toilet/laundry room. Very comfortable place to stay, especially for those needing a long-term rental, as I did. Aspudden is a friendly, quiet part of Stockholm with multiple restaurants and an especially good café, a ‘stenugnsbageri’ called Bonne Femme, right around the corner. Short walks to grocery stores and other services. The Aspudden T-Bana station is a 2minute walk from the apartment, on line 13. You even get a picturesque view of a good-sized park from the balcony. I loved it and hope to book from Nino again!
