Relax in this unique and peaceful home with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

A cozy small (18 sqm) simple cottage in the tranquility of the countryside. BREAKFAST BASKET IS OFFERED for SEK 80/person/night. Paid on site. Kitchen, sleeping, toilet, shower. Here you can write/read undisturbed, hike in the forests and just rest and enjoy. Patio in the morning sun. Bicycles are available to borrow, barbecue, charcoal, sun loungers. Quiet and quiet but chickens, crowing rooster and ducks are with us. 3.5 km to frequent bus towards Norrtälje - Stockholm and Grisslehamn, to Roslagsleden and to nice swimming. 30-40 min drive ferry station for Åland Finland.

Winter carbonate turnaround house in lovely farming environment in Roslagen. With proximity to the sea, forest and lake as well as a smaller community with various shops. The house is close to the main building. Nearby there are farm shops, cafes and restaurants within bicycle distance. In the house there are several tiled ovens, fireplace and wood stove. Large bathroom with shower and vc as well (sauna for an extra fee ) on the upper floor. The kitchen that is a large charming country kitchen with modern equipment such as integration stovetop, dishwasher, fridge and freezer

Cozy little cottage with open plan, mini kitchen, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. Two bar stools with possibility to eat breakfast inside. A small sleeping alcove with double bed and separate sauna. There are two decks, the one in the west has dining table for 6 people with an incredible view of the open sea and the horizon. There's also an outdoor sink on the east side deck as well as a gas grill. A dry toilet directly outside the sauna as well as a separate newly built shower and laundry house as well as a freezer toilet a little bit away.

In the summer, barbecue & outdoor furniture is available on the secluded patio. Rowboat is available to borrow for a day on request. There is a 120 bed & a sofa bed drapery for the bedroom. No smoking ,no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels not included but can be added for 150:-pp The house is close to the main house where we live permanently .

Sofa bed, table, fridge, kettle, TV in the other. Balcony with table and chairs. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be ordered from our restaurant. Towels, bed linen and cleaning are included. Bicycles are available to borrow. Electric car charging station is available in the parking lot. Welcome to us!

Small guest house that is an old herb. Located on a small farm where our house is also located on the same plot. Fully equipped kitchen. Toilet and shower. 1 small bedroom 90 bed downstairs. Combined bedroom (2*80 beds) and living room upper floor. About 180-200 cm ceiling height on the lower floor of the kitchen. 5 minute walk to cozy beach bath in lake. Rural with horses in the knot. 300 m from the roslagsleden. 5 km swim in the sea. 9 km to Älmsta with Ica and restaurants. 25 km to Norrtälje.

Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Gently renovated cottage with a wood stove and a fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultural varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the square there is a wood-fired sauna. There are good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination as well.

Finns gratis parkering på tomten om ni kommer med bil och är nära till busshållplats. Vi har ofta en fantastisk solnedgångshimmel från höjden året om!

We had a wonderful stay at Magdalena's magical home. The location really is quite special - backing onto a forest, it feels like nature is all around (we saw deer several times from the decking!). The gardens are beautiful too - with raspberries, blueberries and blackcurrants to pick, as well as thyme, mint and dill. There's a good lawn for badminton and croquet too. The home itself is spacious and beautifully decorated, with lots of nice places to sit on the terraces outside (including hammock chairs). Eight minutes walk away is a gorgeous lake (not too cold!), and perfect for swimming. Magdalena is very responsive and friendly, and greeted us as we arrived. All in all, very highly recommended!

Anyone who has been looking for a place like this will see their dreams come true as soon as they arrive here! The cottage is a lovingly prepared dream. Here, from the big picture to the smallest detail, a small refuge has been created with care and creativity in the middle of fantastic nature. The landlords are simply wonderful. So very nice and helpful. I think both outdoor enthusiasts and those interested in culture will get their money's worth here. And someone who just wants a break anyway!

Staying here is so much more than somewhere to stay. You’re paying for a great experience. Britt has done an incredible job of walking the line between amazing design, beautiful furniture, and such a child friendly space in a peaceful corner of the world. We had tears when we had to leave ‘the treehouse’. The pictures don’t it justice. The local area had limited options, but every option was a great one.

A comfortable living area features large glass windows that provide natural light and views of the outdoors. Seating includes two armchairs and a sofa, arranged around a soft area rug. A small side table and a larger wooden surface are also present, creating a cozy gathering space.

Choose this home for privacy, nature experiences, or a romantic or relaxing weekend with friends or family. Everything went super smoothly in communication with Sofia and we got exactly what we paid for. We would be more than happy to come back!

Incredible location! We had an amazing weekend at this home. We cooked good food in a well-equipped kitchen, sauna, slept well, enjoyed nature by cold bathing and going for long walks. The house has everything you need and Fredrik was an incredibly helpful, welcoming and nice host. We recommend this place and we hope to come back.
