You have your own bathroom with your own entrance in the big house 25 meters from the lake house. Charcoal grill if you want to grill and glasses/plates and cutlery are available. Newly built guest house with two bedrooms in a rural setting. Beautifully surrounded by forests and fields. Large and lush garden with the possibility of games and play. Walking distance to the sea and lake with three nice swimming areas suitable for kids. Proximity to both Stockholm and archipelago, 25-30 minutes to Stockholm city by car or bus from Gustavsberg. Best to travel by private car. Bicycles are also available. Suitable for longer stays, there is a workspace and fast Wi-Fi so you can work "from home". Washing machine.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis near the sea. Norra Lagnö is only 20 min drive from the lock and 5 min drive from Gustavsberg where you will find the coop, systembolag etc. Please note that the bathroom and washing machine are 10 meters away in the basement level of the main building (which the tenant has sole access to). SUP boards are included if you want to go out on the water, as well as the opportunity to borrow bikes. If you come by boat there is a boat place. Welcome!

Wonderful cottage 100 metres from the sea!

Vår härliga sommarstuga på Värmdö ligger ca 100 meter från havet, med sandstrand för bad, brygga, grillplats och även fotbollsplan och lekplats. Huset är nybyggd och har en boyta på ca 25 kvadratmeter + loft. Du kan njuta av den oslagbara havsutsikten genom fönstret eller på den tillhörande stora altanen. Utkök finns på altanen som du får använda gratis för matlagning. Dusch finner du i bastutunnan (se bild). Du kan basta i vedeldad bastu för en extra avgift.

The accomodation was very clean and nice. I found everything i needed to cook or clean and the bed is comfortable. The location is so beautiful. And it is also possible to get to Stockholm without a car with 2-3 buses during daytime. Emma is very friendly and also respectful of intimacy. I have felt very welcome and Emma gave me advice on what direction to take, local shops and walks. I would definitely love to come back here🌻🤩

The beach house is fantastic! The pictures do not make justice to the beauty of this place. It is the perfect retreat for a couple or a solo traveler. Malin is a fantastic host and the breakfast she prepared was outstanding! I would definitely recommend and come back!

We spent the Christmas holidays with the family (2 adults and 3 teenagers) in Hampus's house. The house is very nice and comfortable and the place is particularly relaxing. Loved the location with deer in the yard and birds in the trees. Just a short walk down to the water. Gustavsberg was a very short drive away for grocery shopping, restaurants and more. Wonderful place to just slow down and enjoy.

We had a really great week at Jill's house. Jill is a great host, she is always available and gave us many tips for excursions. The house was exactly as shown in the photos. The garden is fantastically beautiful, and in 200 meters you are at the jetty on the water. You can reach Stockholm in 30 minutes by car. In Gustavsberg, you can find supermarkets and restaurants in 5-10 minutes by car. The house is nicely decorated and everything is available in the kitchen, much more than you would expect in the vacation home. The place is very spacious, there were four of us and there was plenty of room. The large and beautiful terrace is also great. In the evening, we saw deer in the garden. We felt very comfortable.
