I could never say enough great things about this apartment. It was even cuter in person than in the photos. Walt and Amy responded to any questions I had very quickly and they were always kind and helpful. The apartment was spotless and decorated beautifully. The location was less than 2 miles from the baseball fields my son was playing on. There was also a music fest all weekend in the park across the street. So after a long day of baseball, we were able to sit on the back patio and enjoy the music. I recommend this place wholeheartedly.

This unit was super spacious and recently updated. Bright, clean, and more than comfortable.

My sisters and I enjoyed a quick getaway to Branson! Great location, very close to the Landing but still felt private and safe. Brandon’s place was sparkling clean and he was very responsive to our needs! Would certainly stay here again.

Nice to have a new build available for nightly rental in the AVA area. Very spacious and nicely decorated. Located on the third floor but not difficult as long as stairs is not a problem for you.

Amy’s Blue Jay house is really cute and comfortable. The furniture is comfortable and she provides extra blankets and nice fluffy towels. The house is very clean and has a nice front and back porch. The neighbors were nice and the yard is spacious and green. Parking is easy and private. Amy was great about communicating. The neighborhood is walkable with a nearby park with a walking track and playgrounds. There’s even a library just a couple of houses down the street. I really enjoyed my stay and am so grateful that Amy made her home available.

Beautiful and secluded private apartment unit at the back of the main house. Is just so incredibly peaceful there. The rooms were good sized and there was plenty to read, play, and watch from within the space. It would be good to get an updated picture of the kitchenette to include the microwave. We got in kind of late and weren't sure if we could heat up food based on the photos at the time of booking.

We enjoyed our stay. I wish we would of had more time to enjoy the creek. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Branson.

I had a couple questions in the beginning and Adam was very responsive and kind. The place was stunning and quite comfortable with incredible views, WE LOVED IT! If you aren’t good with stairs this may not be the place for you, otherwise this place is AWESOME! It also has a private boat ramp and dock slips. Great place and great host!

I love staying at Ashley’s place! This was my second stay, and everything was perfect just like before. The cute A frame cottage is super handy to downtown and feels like home away from home. Ashley is the best host - responsive and helpful, very gracious and communicative. Thanks for a great stay!

A private, clean space with a nice view and close to nearby outdoor recreation activities. The cabin is nicely appointed and comes with unexpected extras in the bathrooms and kitchen. Highly recommended!

We are from Texas, and this was the first AirBnB we have ever rented (we chose this bc we had out boat and did not want to park at a hotel). Excellent communcation from Barrie! Extremely Fast Response to any message I sent! The house and outside surroundings were Cute as can be! Air temp (inside the house) was perfect when we arrived (I am very hot natured, so I really appreciate that!!). My husband was surprised to see a few food items for our convenience, although we did not use them. We were not sure what restaurants would be in town since Yellville is so small, but don't be fooled!! Yellville is a happening town!! We ate at the pizza place, which was very good!! We had a Great experience all the way around!! Thank you, Barrie, for sharing your home!!

The house is located right on the White River. I sat on the deck and enjoyed watching my grandkids splash and fish in the river. We enjoyed making s’mores at the fire pit. Everything about the property is superb. I hope to stay here again.

Second time staying at this air b&b and it was just as great as the first time. The condo was clean and stocked with all the kitchen appliances/utensils we needed! Great location! We will definitely be staying here again.

Very clean and was exactly as described. We had a great time. Our Grandson absolutely loved the indoor pool and hot tub. We were close to all area attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was immaculate! It had everything we could have needed. The location was awesome. It was easy to get signed into our tv subscriptions. The area was quiet. I am always hesitant where we stay bc of pests or cleanliness, but this exceeded our expectations!

Our stay was lovely, so peaceful with a view off the patio & always a prompt resolution to any issue we had during our extended time here. We were waiting for our house to finish being built so we weren’t exactly on vacation but it felt like it! We get right at home from the first night & especially enjoyed the huge sauna tub.

Great stay. Would recommend for small families. Mandy was great. We will definitely recommend to friends.

This listing is a great home base for all your Branson adventures. Great location close to the action but off the 76 strip. The unit was spacious and homey. It great for couples that want a kitchen or for the whole family to have ample space! Only concern was a bit of a musty scent, which may come from the unit being on the bottom floor of the building.

David’s place was exactly what we needed for our stay. Our fur babies were welcomed as well. The beds were comfortable, the fridge had an ice maker, and the washer/dryer in unit was the icing on the cake. This place is a hidden gem just outside of the strip. We never felt unsafe staying there. We hope to be back soon!

Katie is a excellent host! She is friendly and provided great recommendations! We hope to stay here again when we come back to Branson! The place is spotless and there is a beautiful view of the lake and pool and lots of beautiful trees!
