Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht (auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher), allerdings ohne Waschmaschine. Zur Straßenbahn und Bus sind es 3 Minuten. Von dort sind es 10 Minuten zum ZDF oder Universität. Zum Zentrum sind es 14 Minuten. Fahrräder kann man mieten.
