Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

Die Wohnung mit separatem Eingang befindet sich im Nebenhaus. Sie ist in sehr ruhiger Lage, aber gutem Anschluss nach Frankfurt, Fulda und Aschaffenburg. Uns ist es wichtig, dass Sie sich zu Hause fühlen und sich eine Auszeit vom Alltag gönnen. Unsere Wohnung ist komfortabel und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir achten sehr auf Sauberkeit und Hygiene, und erheben deshalb auch eine allgemeine Reinigungsgebühr von 35 €, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind inklusive.

Nackenheim befindet sich am Rhein ca 10km von Mainz umgeben von Weinbergen. Man ist sehr schnell auf der Schnellstrasse/Autobahn Richtung Frankfurt oder Koblenz. Vorort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Apotheke, Bank, sowie Bus und Bahn die gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Indoor Spielplätze in 2km oder 5km Entfernung. Handtücher sind inclusive. Fahrräder können im Innenhof abgestellt werden. Ladesäule vor der Haustür. Viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten.
