The cottage is located a few minutes' walk from Öre River with nice sandy beaches, rapids and fantastic fishing opportunities. Directly adjacent to the house is the Öre river trail. Berries and mushrooms can be picked in the forest that is around the property. In the surroundings, there are fantastic beaches, for example. Örsten Nature Reserve by the sea. During the winter months, there is an electric light trail near the house. Fireplace, sauna, hot tub (at an additional cost)

Cozy house located right by the sea at the northern end of Höga Kusten, 8 km outside Örnsköldsvik city center. In winter, there are tracks for cross-country skiing right outside the door (open now) as well as very high-quality track areas 5-20 minutes away by car. Our freestanding wood-fired sauna can be enjoyed all year round and in the summers there is a jetty and the possibility of swimming. A smaller 30-way road runs between the house and the sea. The accommodation is suitable as a vacation destination as well as for longer stays. Sheets and firewood are included.

If you like to be out in nature, cross-country skiing, picking berries/mushrooms, hanging out on the beach, or just getting away from the city pulse, this accommodation at Brännäset is something for you! Sörmjöle is located on the coast about 20 km south of Umeå. There are buses to Umeå several times a day. In the village, there is a convenience store, and Hörnefors is about eight kilometers away – there are grocery stores, a pharmacy, bathhouse, gym and train station.

The cottage is located in old beautiful nature with a private location with forest and arable land. Walk along the Öre River where trout and large salmon migrate. Fishing license is required and can be purchased online.

This newly-built cottage/house is located about 8 km outside Övik. You live 800 meters from Idbyns sea swimming, close to two golf courses and Skeppsmalens Fikseläge is only 15 kilometers away, with its beautiful cliffs and its lighthouse. The nearest restaurant is about 5 km from the property and the nearest grocery store (COOP and ICA Kvantum) about 7 km away. Arnäsleden with great opportunities for hiking passes just a few hundred meters from the house. Inside Örnsköldsvik, there is also the well-known adventure pool Pardiset.

Öden's tree house Talltitan

This unique home lets you sleep up among the birds. Enjoy the view from a tree house 6 meters up in a pine tree. Its 8-sided shape makes the house feel spacious. About half the area is a large bed with room for two adults and 2 children. Electricity is withdrawn, a small element provides heat well into the fall. Toaster, stovetop and kettle are available as well as a water jug with tap. Below the cabin, there is a barbecue area for cooking. There is also an outdoor toilet with a water can, soap and towel

Here you sleep well in a comfortable double bed in a quiet and peaceful area overlooking a blooming garden. In the village there are good fishing waters and exercise trails. The bed is made and ready when you arrive. Final cleaning is included. The guest house has electricity but no running water. In the cabin, there is a caravan toilet and drinking water in a jug. Pets are not allowed.
