Castle idyll

Half-timbered house from the 1700s in the middle of the old town of Nyborg. The house has been restored with respect for the preservation value, and it's like stepping into an H. C. Andersen adventure with modern facilities available. There are views of the moat, the library and the top of the castle from the living room windows, and in the courtyard you can relax under the shade of the cherry trees. On the same street is Nyborg Museum and Apoli Bistro, and in the square the children can dip their feet in the local fountain.

The guest house has its own bathroom and kitchen. It has a private entrance and parking. Great for an overnight or two when you're on the go. Not a summer house. Tenant can self check in. The home is decorated in an old forge with charming details. It is located in a small town with good shopping opportunities within a few hundred meters. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of the open field towards a nearby manor house. Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg and Kerteminde are all less than half an hour's drive away. The place is ideal as a starting point for cycling in the area with a short distance to the forest and beach.
