Located on our premises and just 3-5 minutes to Hastings Street by car (40 minutes if walking) and Noosa Junction dining, the studio is also located within walking distance to Noosa's Farmer's Markets, Noosa River, cafes, restaurants and Aldi for grocery shopping. Downstairs is a bedroom, two bathrooms and a sunny spacious courtyard Fully air conditioned, with ceiling fans. This boutique complex has direct access to a quiet sandy beach.The riverside pool is shared by four townhouses. Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace are within easy walking distance. It's pet-friendly subject to approval.

We invite you to be our guest and enjoy our recently renovated river haven. Take a lazy 100m walk and bathe your toes in the Noosa river or hop on a ferry to Hastings Street. Gympie Terrace bars, restaurants, shops, boat hire and boutiques beckon at the end of your street. * We just wanted to make you aware that a new build has commenced at the property opposite us and that there will be periods of building activity from time to time.
