The property is located on the mountain pass near the Unilam and Banilam Valley, and is a quiet place with no private houses nearby. There is a large stream right in front of the house. It's great for playing in the water. The yard of the house is a 300-pyeong lawn garden, the inside of the house is 25 pyeong in size, and there is also a 5-pyeong balcony. However, since it is a small rural village, the road to enter is narrow, which can be a burden for those with little driving experience.
