sukanya is a lovely host and attentive to her guests. She was concerned about the progress of our trip to reach her. When we arrived late, they gave us all the useful information, mentioned a place to eat and we were able to rent a scooter directly, which allowed us, the next day, to discover the beauties of the area. A true family spirit. The place is quiet and relaxing, a haven of peace to recharge your batteries. Waking up in the morning is done with the sound of birds singing. The bungalow was identical to the photos and the bedding was comfortable. In the morning you can watch monkeys wandering nearby. I recommend this place. Thanks to Sunkanya and family for this stay.

I absolutely loved staying here. I've been traveling for over a month and this was the first place I felt totally at home. The bathroom was lively and it was so nice to cook in the kitchen. After I left I thought: oh it felt so good to be there it felt like a big hug. Then I remembered that is the name of their place! Hehe thanks so much!

Excellent house, located not far from all tourist life, but quiet and cozy/ everything fully corresponds to the photos, nice and clean. The host is responsive and very sociable.

Everything was amazing. Our only regret was not staying longer. They picked us up at the pier when we arrived. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We booked a private boat tour and it was amazing. The view at sunrise is breath taking. Checkout was smooth as well. Cannot recommend this villa enough.

The most beautiful view you could ever have! And the most gracious host possible! This is a gem of a place, a very special opportunity to see another world and escape into nature and away from the crowds. The host organized a perfect day boat trip for us and another day trip close by to some natural springs for swimming. The prices he gave us were extraordinary, so much value for so little! We felt so touched by our hosts welcoming manner! The highlight of our whole stay was Baw’s cooking. Best food we have had yet during our 2 months in Thailand. Fish was incredible and made with such care and expertise! Don’t miss it! One thing to know for longer stays, is there is not an easy place to regularly swim and there is only one restaurant (though very good) within walking distance). All in all, a top notch stay in a magical place. Don’t hesitate to come here! Our kids loved it too!! Thank you Baw!!🙏

Great little place, tucked away in the countryside right by Din Daeng Doi. Owners were super responsive, allowed us early check in and even had water, fruit in fridge and brought us a bowl of delicious home cooked noodles. We were up early to see the sunrise, and she was even up to open the gate for us so we didn’t have to do it ourselves. Nothing was too much trouble ! If you want rural, authentic Thai home stay that is within easy distance of the beach (15 mins) and right in the countryside then I’d highly recommend.

David & Janes have been the best hosts we have encountered since joining Airbnb 11 years ago. They have been so helpful in helping us plan a fabulous Christmas holiday with friends from the UK. The location is beautiful and calm, with direct access to the sea. The villa itself is so comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated- we felt right at home. We also had fabulous chefs and massage therapist come to the villa which was arranged through the house staff. All together, we couldn’t recommend driftwood villa anymore! Make sure to come and visit!! X

I will arrange my visit accordingly to this villa availability because it is worth every penny. We hire a private driver. The space for parking is spacious. The house is amazing. The service is 5 star. I will recommend this place again and again
