Review for Mooiplaats: What a lovely, little farm getaway. Bea and her husband, Wim, are amazing hosts and great people. The BnB is fitted with all you need to enjoy a peaceful and lovely time. Surrounded by the sounds of the farm at night, the little farm house is private and perfect. They also have their own butchery with the best bacon ever! I would highly recommend this gem to anyone with an appreciation of farmstyle living. The surrounding area also has an amazing "Melkery". So between lovely cheeses and great meat, you are sorted. And for R75pp, lovely Bea might organise a tasty farmhouse breakfast... 5/5.

Absolutely perfect peaceful getaway! Beautiful surroundings, plenty of space to walk with the dogs. Perfect place to curl up with a book and read to my heart's content. big bonus that there is no cell phone signal. Spacious and fully equipped. Very pet-friendly!

We had a lovely weekend with friends at Hackle lodge. Everything was perfect and the peace and quiet was just what we needed. Angela is a lovely host who communicated easily and we knew exactly the procedure to follow with arrival/departure, even down to road conditions. Angela was very helpful and just a kind host. Wolly bugger farm is truly beautiful - the sunsets were spectacular. We only stayed for a weekend but wish we had a more time there. The cottage is very clean and cozy with everything you need. The indoor fire place was great and our host Angela was very friendly and responsive on WA. We will be back. Thank you!

I stayed at Stoney Brooke for 3 months, all my needs where met, they are very accomodating, I loved staying there, the peace and quiet is very good for the soul. I will stay there again next year.

We had an amazing time! Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can possibly think of! Kitchen basics the works. Views are amazing and the staff are super friendly!! The one thing that was very disappointing was the swimming pool. It was dirty after the rain. We requested they come and clean and get the pump going but no one came. Fortunately we had cooler weather but had it been warm throughout our stay this would have been a big frustration since we have young children. Based on expectations created the pool should really recieve more attention.

Fabulous surroundings, amazing picnic location by the waterfall, which is easy to get to and private, would return just for that!

Great place and house. The house had everything we needed with amble of space for our group of three families. The kids room was a highlight. Walkersons estate is beautiful. Jeanette was very proactive and communicated efficiently throughout. We will definitely return and can recommend Shooters Hill for all families and friends.

We had a wonderful experience. The house was great, the staff team was very kind and the children had a big garden area to play in. The cats in the area did aggravate my allergies, but it was a good experience overall. Would recommend for a weekend getaway!

This is a beautiful stay on a stunning farm, clean and cosy house with a fireplace and warm beds and very clean. Hannes was so helpful and we all enjoyed walking on the farm. Thank you for letting us enjoy this space.

Madeleine and Johan were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful and relaxing setting. The kids loved paying with the dogs and feeding the ostriches and having the freedom to run around. We will definitely be back!

The farm is a little piece of heaven and the house is absolutely beautiful and well equipped. Talitha’s communication pre arrival to Tommy and Prince looking after all our needs, it was a a wonderful holiday and my family had the best time. The picnic was great and the Tommy made our game drive special.

What a beautiful time we had with family The host was super responsive, lovely and friendly. We had everything we needed for the trip . The cleaning ladies were so lovely and helpful. We had the place cleaned everyday and our fire wood topped up . I would recommend this home to anyone thinking of having a peaceful, private, beautiful stay .
