Ski-in/Ski-out vacation rentals in Nipissing District

Erin’s place was perfect for our group. The pool table and hot tub were great additions and there was lots of space for all 15 of us to stay there comfortably. Just one thing to note is that it’s located on a residential street with houses backing on to it pretty closely. This wasn’t an issue for us, but it did provide less privacy when using the backyard for the hot tub. Overall, would stay there again.

Joy Cottage was a wonderful space that accommodated a large group well! The cottage was beautiful with stunning lake views. Despite the rainy weekend we had there were tons of activities to keep us entertained. Would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone. If you stay at Joy Cottage check out the fresh honey sold by the neighbour, it’s delicious!

This apartment is great. The location is perfect, being walking distance or a 2 mins drive to downtown. Spacious bedrooms and the pullout was a nice option. The kitchen is huge with most amenities available. I deal with Arushi for my stay, she was quick to reply, offered her support if necessary and was kind throughout. I would definitely book again:)

We had an amazing time at this place! The property was beautiful, the location has clear sky and the star gazing from this location was amazing! Me and my friends were looking for a getaway and just wanted to enjoy the night after a long travel. This turned out to be the perfect place. The hosts were really flexible and understanding. I would for sure definitely recommend anyone this cottage to anyone. Thanks a lot!

Amrik was a great host, the pool was a great spot to hangout by during the hot weather. Amrik was quick to respond when we had questions. Hope to be back !

We had a wonderful stay at Kellie’s place. We brought our kids for a little get away during the family day long weekend. We went skiing at Hidden Valley. We walked to the ski hill every day, only took about 5min. Kellie’s house is so beautiful with everything we needed. We did a lot of cooking at the place. The pool table , chess table and all the different board games really made the stay so much fun for the kids. The beds were super comfy and the view was amazing! Thank you for an amazing stay and we look forward coming again!

This place was huge and great location! I’m happy they provided canoes and kayaks with life jackets. It’s the perfect place for a family or group of friends. I cannot expressed enough the amount of wood for the fire pit that was provided. Thank you so much. Plus The beach was close by! It was lovely and relaxing. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Also, the host checks in with you and had good communication. The host allowed us to have a great time while making sure everything was good.

We recently stayed at this house and had an amazing experience! The place was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary tools, and the bathroom amenities were top-notch. The house is spacious with large rooms and luxurious bathrooms. We also enjoyed the gaming options and the cozy bonfire area. Everything in the house felt premium and well thought out. Despite all the high-quality features, the price was very reasonable. We are definitely planning to go back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great amenities at a great price don’t miss out!🥂🥂

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage is attractive, comfortable and well-equipped. Our only negative comment would be the absence of a kayak or canoe for guest use.

It was a great location, especially if youre going up to arrowhead. The property was good for anyone with kids and pets. Even though it was winter, would definitely come back in the summer

Great place to stay for our Family ski trip

Amazing stay! The view was beautiful, beds were comfortable and has everything you need during your stay. ☺️

This is the most perfect cottage in Muskoka! The cottage is a large, very well maintained, bungalow. The cottage is very large and comfortably hosted our family plus guests. The view of the lake from the great room was absolutely amazing. The cottage had great Wi-Fi and a sunroom that doubled for us as an office. It was very easy to work from the lake! It is on a rare piece of flatland with a gradual transition towards the lake. The entry to the lake is a beach, which is absolutely perfect for small children. The property is unlike anything you have every seen - totally stunning. The hosts are totally amazing people. They were always available and made our stay outstanding. We really appreciated all the effort they took in making our stay as awesome as possible - including purchasing a brand new BBQ for the summer BBQ season! Our stay was amazing. We were very sad to leave! We look forward to returning to the Muskoka cottage!

It was our 9th wedding Anniversary and we were looking to get away from our busy lives for a weekend. Our entire stay on Garden Island was above and beyond anything we could of imagined experiencing. The Bunkie is perfect size and stocked with all necessities. Tranquil, serenity, peace, nature, Thank you so much Maxim for your brilliant hospitality from the moment we met you until we departed. A lovely little cottage in an amazing area. The cottage was very clean and up-to-date! We had everything we needed and more: wood and kindling for the fire place, extra blankets for cold nights, and coffee for an early morning. Communication wasn’t directly through the host but an automatic system, which was absolutely fine as it provided all necessary information! We’ll come back again!!

Beautiful lake front cottage with tons of space for a big group. The space was clean and had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and let us to check out a bit later. We are looking forward to booking again.

My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Andrew's cottage! The location is great and the cottage had everything we needed.

Our family had a great stay at the lodge. The kids ran around the back yard trying to catch frogs and we made the short drive down to the beach every morning. Brett was extremely helpful in responding to a question about the BBQ, and the place was exactly what we wanted. Thrilled about our time there and we'll book again!

David's house is a jewel. Its location is really amazing with all the beautiful natural sorroundings. The house is wonderfully decorated with all the things you could need to have a great stay. We would be back if we could!
