It was my first time staying in an old house with children, but thanks to the kind and attentive owner, the whole family enjoyed it and enjoyed the atmosphere of Tateyama. Playing in the large room, the garden, and the various experiences with the fire made it a good memory for the children. I added pizza making in a pizza kettle, renting a barbecue set, partial experience of preparing a wood bath, and a vegetable harvesting experience as an option, but while experiencing wood cutting and fire, the owner supported me a little, and I had a good experience. The pizza baked in the pizza pot and the rice cooked in the oven in the morning are particularly impressive. The starry sky seems to be well visible, so I would like to stay again when the weather is nice.It was the right choice for my child's birthday.Thank you very much.

It was a great experience, both the host and the housekeeper were welcoming, recommended interesting places and restaurants nearby, and the location was convenient.Kids have a fever and help contact the convenience store to ask if there is a thermometer for sale!Thank you! The house is also well equipped and the heating is good!All in all would recommend it

Very near to Keikyu-Kamata station. Around 8-10 minutes. The place got all the amenities that we need. Dryer facilities downstair with just 100 yen for 10minutes. A bit of distance from city center but we choose this accommodation because we want to be close to the Haneda Airport so its a plus point. Only 10 minutes to Haneda Airport by train.

It's nice to have a hot spring near the house! Family Mart and 7-Eleven are about a 1-3 minute walk away!! It's a little far to walk to Ikebukuro Station, but Kanamecho Station is really close! Still, I think the location of the accommodation is good because Ikebukuro is a limited stop by subway and you get used to the way on foot quickly.👍 I also like that the host responds really quickly and kindly!!! This is an accommodation I'd like to use again next time. Good Oh!!! But I don't think there was a curling iron. We took it with us and there was no problem ~ ~

We arrived really early and needed to leave our luggage at airbnb before our check in time and our host was very accommodating.

it was an amazing stay and super clean. they also have a washing machine which wasn’t listed which was a bonus! amazingly quick responses.

When you are greeted by your host, to hand over the keys close to midnight, I knew that Makoto will be a very great host. And my initial thought was validated with a warm welcome as she toured us around her spick and span - well appointed home. We were also surprised to find the place stocked with a generous assortment of snacks and beverages. The place was less than 10 minutes walk to Hatagaya Station, measly 2 stops to the Shinjuku via the new Keio line. Albeit far from the real action of the city, I love the fact that was never too busy in Hatagaya which makes commuting less of a hassle of the busier Shibuya or Shinjuku stations. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. While Tokyo is generally a safe city, there is just a sense of peace and calmness in and around the area. Food choices, diverse at that is also a walking distance to Makoto's place. Surely, if there is another opportunity to travel to Tokyo, Makoto's home will be way on top of my list.

It is a great location with a 7 eleven right in front, the train station is super close, there’s a bunch of restaurants near by if u don’t necessarily want to go in the city. The apartment is about 30-40 minutes from major attractions in the city which is super doable and it’s a lot quieter than in the city. Also the apartment is super cute, super clean and the host is absolutely amazing. If you are a first timer in japan and have difficulty with japanese Jubabe can help.
