Nicola is an incredible host – always available, kind, and helpful with anything I needed. This was my first time in Australia, and thanks to Nicola , it was a wonderful start. Thanks to Rick for an amazing stay! His property was stunning with plenty to do and explore and beautiful 360 degree country/ farm views. A very tranquil and relaxing environment that I cant recommend enough. Also, the amentities were clean and the shower had truly amazing water pressure (its the small things). I will be back! Highly recommend.

Stayed for two nights — the studio was very clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Great location, close to the beach and Broadbeach cafes. Great bed and good communication. A solid option for a short stay.

We had a wonderful time at this waterfront hidden gem property. Tamir was an exceptional host with fantastic communication every step of the way, ensuring all our comfort and needs were met throughout the stay. Checkin was a breeze with clear instructions and the place was beautiful with plenty of surprising extra comforts provided. Our dogs really enjoyed the large back yard and the Jacuzzi was an exceptional bonus! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises every morning and managed to catch a few fish of the easily accessible pontoon. Thanks so much Tamir and hosts for a lovely experience. We would definitely stay again.

I am a return guest to Lenny's place. I LOVE the feel of the place - the ocean sounds throughout the days and nights, the great nature all around, the tastefully designed home, the amenities - I SO love staying here. And Lenny is a dream host - in every way - proactive, kind, divine. I've put my wishlist in for more stays!!

This was by far the best accommodation I have stayed in the whole of south east Queensland. Absolutely loved our family stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at surfers paradise. Will definitely be going back for another holiday in the near future.

Love the location and inside the apartment is amazing.I was struggling with locating the how to get into apartment and car park- now I know- cypress car park is chepest- 5.20 per day. That will be great if parking is included with this price too
