This home is very clean and very new, the balcony is spacious, the house owner is very friendly, the surrounding facilities are full, the environment is beautiful, there are big parks, close to shopping malls, food shopping, cinema.Highly recommended.

Shanil and Olivia were such great hosts, they were super responsive and lovely before and throughout my stay. The apartment itself is beautiful, spotless, and had everything I needed for a solo trip, I also felt really safe as the building has fob access from the main door and also in the lifts so there are only residents allowed inside. The view from the apartment is amazing too even in the rain and it would also be perfect for a couple. The building has a shared gym and pool, both really clean and well maintained, which was such a nice bonus. Location-wise, it's not far from the high street, train station, and local shops, so really convenient. It can get a bit noisy throughout the day with windows open but it wasn’t an issue with windows closed and AC on. The evenings are really quiet and there are barely any cars around. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and hopefully will be back again!

Ivor was very responsive from the time we booked the apartment till check-out. Key collection is easy with very clear instructions given. Apartment is per the photos, very well decorated, neat & cosy. Furnishings are new, crockeries, bed linens, towels all very clean. Smart TV with internet access. Host also provided complimentary coffee capsules, teabags & condiment for cooking. Beautiful view at the top floor. Transport is super convenient with Southern Cross station & free city tram stop all within 5min walk. My family has a comfy stay here for 10days. 👍👍

Perfect little 1BR apartment in the heart of the city. Great views - especially at night & the place is super clean / tidy. Will defiantly be back next time I'm in Melbourne!

We booked this stunning Airbnb in Sassafras, VIC for our parents and it turned out to be one of the best stays they’ve ever experienced. The property had breathtaking forest views, and every detail was luxury—from the decor to the amenities. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful. My parents were warmly welcomed with a beautiful basket of continental breakfast filled with generous extras, along with snacks, drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages that truly made them feel pampered. The space was spotless, serene, and surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. My mum was over the moon, and my dad kept saying how impressed he was with everything. The care and attention the hosts gave was unmatched. They’ve already decided to return again soon. We’re really grateful to the hosts for making their stay so special.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at Anna and Greg’s place — a true home away from home. Greg was very welcoming and gave us a great walkthrough of the house. They thoughtfully prepared a breakfast starter kit based on our preferences, including bacon, eggs, milk, and even chocolate teddies and popcorn for our son. The home was cozy and well-equipped with heated floors, comfy linen, a Nespresso machine with plenty of capsules, cooking essentials, and Netflix. Our son loved the beautiful backyard, playing soccer daily, and enjoyed the toys, books, LEGO, and trucks provided. The location was peaceful and quiet, just 200m to a playground, 5 mins drive to Woolworths, and 20 mins drive to the city. Thank you, Anna and Greg, for such a comfortable and memorable stay!

Attentive. Rare these days - kind and caring. After staying at dozens of Airbnbs travelling parts of the world in recent years, I paid my share but was not responsible for the actual bookings and process of the dynamic nature and algorithms of Airbnbs - learnt this when extended my stay as it was perfect for me at the time. This beautiful apartment has the wow factor. The view and decor are even more beautiful than the photos. The location is unbeatable, walkable to all the main attractions in the CBD as well as a short stroll over the Yarra to the arts district and parks, with endless options for cafes, restaurants and street eats on the doorstep! I always felt safe in the bustling area and once I was indoors, it felt peaceful and quiet, high above the crowds. The bed was super comfy with extra doonas for warmth and there was a generous supply of tea and nespresso pods. Giang was a perfect host. Always responsive and very helpful with suggestions for vegan restaurants nearby. I really didn't want to leave and hope I can come back again soon. What a treat! Thanks Giang! :)

My priority was that it was a great location for visiting family in the area, but it is also easy walking distance to a few restaurants, great coffee shops, supermarket and getting the train or the tram into the centre of Melbourne to explore the City. The apartment is very well equipped and to a high standard. There is a washing machine and the apartment is warm so if you need to wash clothes they dry quickly on the airer's provided. Could not fault the apartment at all and excellent communication with Rose at all times.

Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

Linny and Kelvin’s place had everything we needed and more. It was exactly as described and easy to access. Linny and Kelvin were extremely accommodating throughout our stay and added some thoughtful touches, including a welcome sign, chocolates, and wine. I would highly recommend this apartment!

We had an amazing stay at Ange's place, the apartment is spacious, well furnished, and located conveniently close to shops, freeways and the CBD. Would definitely recommend this apartment 10/10

Susie's Airbnb was exactly what my mum and I needed for our Melbourne visit and we had a lovely stay. Great location near two train stations, walkable to Carnegie cafes and shops, nice parks nearby. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable and well-provisioned - every time we thought of something we needed, we found it: hairdryer, condiments, cooking equipment, iron, washer/dryer, cereal and milk, extra blankets and towels. The heating worked well, both beds were comfortable, the apartment was in a quiet and peaceful area and was nicely decorated without being cluttered. Highly recommend.

Jo's place was beautiful, exactly as described and felt right at home. Check in was also easy. Jo was super responsive and communication was easy. Would book again!

Thank you Meary for a great stay. Your apartment is comfortable. The instructions for access were easy to follow and we appreciated your prompt communications. Thank you for leaving the coffee machine ready to use when we arrived - that was a welcome touch. It was in a perfect location for us as our daughter lives in the same apartment block. It is in a good location right opposite Victoria Gardens Shopping Mall, lovely Yarra River walks, tram across the road, and getting Ubers to/from your apartment was also very easy.

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Wonderful experience. From first communication to the last, Henfry was friendly, courteous and proactive. Directions for parking and accessing the unit were clear and easy. The unit itself was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Lovely views with good wifi. Good heating for a cold few days! Beds were comfortable and the tram (free tram zone) was just outside the front door making the CBD easily accessible. Great place to stay! Highly recommended

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others
