Villa vacation rentals in Niigata

Absolutely loved our stay at Polar Resorts Nikko2 location. The home was amazingly clean, and cozy. We wish we had more nights booked after visiting and will definitely re-book when we are back in Nikko.

I really loved the area—it was peaceful, scenic, and just a great place to unwind. The cabin had everything you could possibly need, super comfortable and well-stocked. The onsen-style hot tub was such a nice touch and made the stay feel extra special. I’d definitely love to come back, especially in the fall—I can only imagine how beautiful it must be that time of year. The only thing that would've made the experience even better is a slightly later check-in and check-out. A 3pm check-in and 11am check-out would’ve made things feel a lot less rushed, especially in the evening and the next morning. Overall though, it was a great stay and I’m already thinking about the next trip!

We were warmly welcomed by Kenji. He showed us everything great to do in Nikko. The place was very clean, well-maintained and tidy. The location was super central, and we were only a five-minute walk to the nearest supermarket. It was a lot of fun, and after a long day we always looked forward to the Airbnb. Kenji is an incredibly nice host who made our stay in Nikko absolutely perfect. We're looking forward to our next visit! :)

The house was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed to truly relax and feel at home. We enjoyed every moment of our time there—but the real surprise was the breathtaking view from the back of the house. It left us speechless. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality and for sharing such a wonderful place with us.

Kenji was incredibly nice. He made sure we knew everything about the region, from hiking to amusement parks, even advising us on how and when to go from one place to another. He was very welcoming and helpful. It was way above my expectations and I'm really grateful he was the one in charge of me and my wife. He's part of what made our trip in Nikko so great. So thank you Kenji.

The onsen set up was pleasant.Cleanliness and facilities were excellent and we were very satisfied.

There was also a private dog run, and the dog was able to relax, so he was able to relax right away.The room was also clean, there was a hot spring, and I was able to use the sauna, so it was a great two nights.I definitely want to use it again when I go there.

Overall, it was a very satisfying stay! It was a snowy day, but the room was warmed, and there was floor heating, so it was very warm. We also enjoyed the foot bath and hot springs, and the dogs played a lot in the private garden. It was also well equipped and equipped! Cosplay is the best! I'll be back if I get the chance!

It was a very nice house that I wanted to be a model house.The sauna, hot spring, and massage chair were great!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Tani House. The host welcomed us personally and gave us lots of tips for restaurants and things to do in the area. She was always available if we had additional questions or requests. As for the house, although it is an old traditional house, the beautiful renovation makes it so it is very comfortable and offers any facility you may need. It was a joy to spend time in the house and its design. A plus was the river that was perfect for swimming and only a 3 minute walk. It is perfect for exploring both the Yuzawa and the Tokamachi area. Highly recommend staying here.
