This is the Mase Coast in Nishikan Ward, Niigata City (formerly Makimachi) 25 minutes by car from Makikata IC on the Hokuriku Expressway, 35 minutes from Sanjo-En IC. The horizon of Echigo Nanaura spreads out below. Take a morning walk on the beach with no one else around. A hiking course that looks like it came out of a Ghibli movie. It is fully equipped with 4 Simmons semi-double beds, air conditioning, and a heater. You can also enjoy movies in the bedroom using the projector. (We have Chromecast, so please operate it from your mobile phone.) You rent the entire building, so you don't have to worry about sharing it with others. The house only has a shower, but there is a hot spring nearby. Holiday Villa Boston (HVB) is located in the heart of Niigata City. HVB is a 2 to 10 minute walk from historical sites, great restaurants and entertaining bars.
