Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Books for reading and exchanging and games are available. The bathroom is large and the shower is very spacious.

You will enjoy your stay with us in a cozy 2-room apartment overlooking Lake Venekoten. The surrounding area invites you to numerous hiking or cycling tours. The nice restaurant Auszeit is only 100 m away. There is also another good restaurant in the tennis club in Venekoten, Mevis Breakpoint. Hof Michiels (Apartment 4)

Our lovingly restored apartments are located in a former barn of our organic farm. The approximately 300-year-old farm is located in the middle of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette Nature Park. In the immediate vicinity is Lake Borner and Lake Harik. We cultivate permanent pasture with a suckler cow herd, consisting of approx. 20 animals that spend the summer in the pastures. Our farm is home to our friendly dog named Costa.
