Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Nicotera Marina

Central location, easy to walk everywhere. It was quiet for us, but restaurants were mostly closed for the season at the time of our visit. Has what you need in the kitchen, nice and new. The apartment has nice light and is very comfortable. They helped us with parking location and sent directions.

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. We thank Ondine for our restful stay in Villa Sirena and can absolutely recommend the house . Natallia & Family.

Fantastic place for 2, well located in the heart of Soverato. Very clean and tidy with some handy amenities and little nice touches like juice in the fridge. Great communication from Vittorio, always responsive and helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Ich kann mich den vorherigen Gästen nur anschließen. Sash ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Innerhalb weniger Minuten wurden Fragen die man hatte beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Nicht besonders groß aber für uns 3 absolut ausreichend. Sie ist super ausgestattet und es ist alles da was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Die große Kühl- Gefrierkombination ist prima und die zwei Klimaanlagen waren Gold wert bei dem heißen Wetter. Wir konnten an dem schönen, großen und modernen Fernseher Netflix und Disney+ mit unserem TV Stick von zu Hause problemlos schauen. Das wlan funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Auto konnte auf der Anlage geparkt werden. In die schöne Stadt Pizzo ist man in 15 Minuten gelaufen. Man muss allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, denn der Weg ist wirklich steil. Leider muss man teilweise an der Straße entlang laufen da es keine richtigen Gehwege gibt. Bergauf in die Wohnung verlangt einem einiges ab. Wir sind dann öfters mit einem Rikscha aus der Stadt hochgefahren.

Marco's place was clean, bright, modern, and had lots of space. He equipped the kitchen with breakfast snacks of many kinds, cereal, great coffee - including fresh milk ready when we arrived - and each bedroom even had its own kettle and selection of teas and some treats. Marco made getting there easy and check-in a breeze. He answered questions quickly before and during the stay, and even checked how we were doing, halfway through our 4-night adventure. I would highly recommend Marco's place. Parking is usually available and we were a 5-10 minute drive to the duomo and centre of town.

The appartement is perfect. The kitchen is modern with everything you need for cooking. and the bedroom is very cosy. All looks new. We had a great time. There is always somebody around to help and support you. Great place with perfect service. Pizzo beach club is even more beautiful than you can see on the pictures. Beautiful pools and beach! La struttura di Filippo è stata da subito accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Ben oltre le aspettative visto il costo. Abbiamo avuto a disposizione qualsiasi cosa si potesse chiedere da una casa al mare. Posizione estremamente comoda, vicinissima al mare e alla stazione ferroviaria di Scilla. Filippo è una persona che ti fa sentire a tuo agio, pronto a dare consigli sul territorio e tanto altro. Consigliato per una vacanza di relax sulla Costa Viola.

This was a wonderful place in which to spend several days exploring beautiful Reggio Calabria and Sicily. Our hostess and host were exceptional - extraordinarily generous and kind. We were showered with thoughtful gifts of eggs, fruit, fresh picked vegetables from their garden and a bottle of their home-made wine (which was excellent). They were patient with our questions and were a fount of local insights and knowledge. Over decades of travel, they rank at the very top of the hosts that we have met. The house was immaculate, modern and very well appointed and lived up to every one of our expectations. It is on the edge of a small village and was serene and peaceful. The house is located outside of Reggio Calabria and close to the ferries to Sicily in Villa San Giovanni. A car is strongly recommended to enable local travel and trips to Sicily (which are very easy to arrange). All in all, an exceptional stay. Thank you!!!!

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

We had a lovely stay! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive and friendly. The space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. As there are people upstairs and downstairs, we had to be quiet (I have 2 children under the age of 2), if you have children just be mindful before booking as you will be reminded to keep it down. You will also need to take bedding off and bins outside yourself at the end of your stay. One thing to keep in mind: the location is quiet seaside village style. It’s a peaceful and quiet area, which we appreciated, but taxis and ride-shares were hard to come by. If you’re planning to stay here, having your own car or arranging transportation in advance is a good idea. We made friends with locals who helped us out with ride shares. Overall, a great experience — especially if you’re looking for a quiet retreat and don’t mind being a little outside the city center!

Antonio and his family are great hosts. The house is beautiful and the facilities are great. Whenever we contacted Antonio he responded within 10 minutes and he was very helpful with everything we asked about. This is a great place to stay.

We spent a whole month in this beautiful house and loved every minute of it – and so did our dog! 🐾 The property is part of a gated community that felt very safe and peaceful. It was friendly, yet offered complete privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. The sea views were breathtaking – we watched both sunrises and sunsets right from the garden, and they were pure magic. 🌅✨ The house is beautifully furnished and the garden is a true gem, full of blooming flowers and the unforgettable scent of jasmine. It's the kind of place that stays with you. Zambrone is perfectly located: close to Tropea (but without the crowds), and we totally recommend breakfast at the little café at the train station, lunch at the local fish restaurant, and everything at the amazing spot on the main square that’s part café, part bar, part restaurant – and 100% charm. Marilena was a wonderful host – friendly, helpful, and always there if we needed anything. We honestly couldn’t find a

Villa Sirena is perfection. The pictures do not do it justice. We were met by Lidia who walked our family through the space and informed us of all we needed to know to have a great week. We were a big family and there was plenty of space for all of us with spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, two living rooms, two kitchens, and outdoor spaces. The terraces and views were unbelievable. There were fruit trees all over the property, seating on the patio, a fire pit, and even a bit of sand for the kids to play in. Patrick and Ondine were fantastic hosts and were so accommodating for the babies in our families by providing cribs and a baby gate. They were quick to respond to any concern or need. We had plenty of room in the driveway for our cars, but a warning that the road down to the villa and to the beach is tight, so be sure to rent small cars! Overall, Patrick, Ondine, & Lidia helped our family to make memories we will never forget! Don’t think twice. Buona vacanza!

Highlights: - wunderschöne, sehr saubere, grosse Wohnung - 2 Zimmer mit 2 Badzimmer - toll ausgestattete Küche - grosser Balkon - schöne Dekoration, man fühlte sich direkt wie "zu Hause" - Klimaanlagen vorhanden - ca. 1.5 km zu Fuss vom Zentrum entfernt - einfaches, selbständiges Check-in / Check-out - rasche Rückmeldung durch Domenico, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend Wir würden immer wieder die Wohnung von Domenico buchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einziger negativer Punkt: - kein Privatparkplatz. Es gibt zwar viele Parkmöglichkeiten, jedoch war es am Mittag und gegen 18.00 Uhr jeweils schwer einen Parkplatz zu finden.

First off, it was immediately easy to see why Luigi is rated as a superhost. He greeted us with a huge smile, he was extremely in touch without being obtrusive, in the days leading up to our arrival, and he met us quite early (earlier than most hosts would ever consider) to meet us and show us the unit and give us the keys. Also, I messed up and locked both the keys and my cellular in the apartment - and a neighbor totally rescued us by calling Luigi - AND, Luigi showed up in under 10 minutes! I highly recommend this host - no matter what property it is, you can rest assured that you will have a fantastic experience. Luigi ALSO, by the way, provided one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed - it was immaculate upon arrival! Thank you, Luigi! 7 stars out of 5!!!

Ottimo alloggio, moderno, ben organizzato e pulitissimo. Il clima funziona alla perfezione e l'appartamento è fornito di quasi tutte le comodità. L'host è stato molto ospitale ed attento nelle comunicazioni. Unica piccola critica: ogni tanto l'acqua calda funzionava in maniera intermittente. Tuttavia, posso dire che siamo stati benissimo e, nel complesso, è stata una permanenza eccellente. Super consigliato.

La casa e davvero splendida, molto curata e soprattutto molto pulita. Gli host sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili. La consiglio vivamente!
