Vacation rentals with a patio in Nicotera Marina

We had an amazing stay. The host picked us up from the airport, drove us through the local shops, showed us where the train station was, recommended restaurants and shops, and arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport. The place was beautiful, right on the beach, with the most amazing view, where you can watch the sunset, was magical. I would advise anyone to stay here, I would say to bring swim shoes as the beach is very rocky. Would most definitely stay here again. Thank you so much to this wonderful host xx

We stayed at a few places in Italy this summer, coming from Rome to Napoli and finally Fabio's place in the South. I have to say this was my favourite stay. The place is very private, easy to access, close to other local beaches if you have a car. Fabio's dad was so welcoming, made us feel right at home. The house has all the amenities needed and is clean and easy to maintain. This is a fantastic place if you have children. Hopefully we will be back 🙂

It was just beautiful! Everything lovingly furnished, we felt like we were in a small castle. Location was perfect, the city center and beach were very close. We felt very comfortable!

An excellent apartment in a friendly and genuine village … We’ve just returned from a superb holiday in the village of Santa Domenica. What a great apartment. Spacious and well equipped, super clean, with a decent balcony and pool with a sun bathing area. No negatives for us at all. Everything we needed food wise was in the village ; a couple of supermarkets, a really good food/bric a brac market on Mondays, a bakery, fishmonger (that serves meals also), cafe/bars, 4/5 restaurants (Il Casale was our favourite). We used Santa Domenica as a base for a few days out to Pizzo and Scilla (both beautiful and, we thought, easily as nice as Tropea. A number of beaches are accessible from Santa Domenica but these involve walks which aren’t always easy when it’s 30+ degrees. And our host ? Teresa was ace. Picked us up from the Railway Station, gave us loads of decent recommendations and responded immediately to any questions we had. A great holiday !

We had a perfect stay! The accommodation was exactly as described: clean, cozy and well located. The real added value was Stefano: an exceptional host, always available, very kind and better than a tour guide! He gave us valuable advice on what to see, where to eat and how to get around, making us feel at home from the first moment. An experience we recommend without hesitation, we would gladly return!

It is a home on the outskirts of the town near the airport. A good place if you have to sleep near the airport. The studio is very nice and comfortable.

The accommodation has everything you need and is modern and well equipped. The small complex towers above the slope with a wonderful view of the sea. You absolutely need a car for shopping, etc. Eva was always easily accessible and provided us with great tips. We stayed there for 2 weeks with a baby and felt very comfortable.

Vittorio was an amazing host! He was super friendly and asked if we needed food and offered to drive us to the station when we asked for a local taxi’s telephone number. We we’re there unfortunately for only one night but we couldn’t have asked for a better host.

Great location near Piazza Rocco. You do need to walk down to the beach and Chianalea as the lift is out of operation. Follow Lorenzo's pictures starting in front of the Church in Piazza Rocco rather than rely on Maps. Lorenzo organised a taxi for us. Highly recommended

Lovely modern apartment that is up on the hill. Well equipped. A lot of noise from the traffic outside - on a junction.

Dolores' apartment makes for an excellent base for exploring Tropea - it's a short walk from the centre, but very quiet. The apartment has everything you could need and Dolores was also very helpful and friendly. Would definitely look to stay again next time we are in Tropea!

We spent a whole month in this beautiful house and loved every minute of it – and so did our dog! 🐾 The property is part of a gated community that felt very safe and peaceful. It was friendly, yet offered complete privacy, which made it perfect for relaxing. The sea views were breathtaking – we watched both sunrises and sunsets right from the garden, and they were pure magic. 🌅✨ The house is beautifully furnished and the garden is a true gem, full of blooming flowers and the unforgettable scent of jasmine. It's the kind of place that stays with you. Zambrone is perfectly located: close to Tropea (but without the crowds), and we totally recommend breakfast at the little café at the train station, lunch at the local fish restaurant, and everything at the amazing spot on the main square that’s part café, part bar, part restaurant – and 100% charm. We loved our stay at Jay’s place in Conflenti! It was in the mountains and so peaceful. Everyone in town was incredibly friendly; they made us feel right at home. Hosts were amazing and so helpful. The restaurant that is within walking distance was delicious. We ate there all 3 days of our stay! I couldn’t recommend this place more. Amazing! Thank you Jay, Angela, and Mariano!

The experience at Giuseppina's structure was definitely positive. It is ideal for those who want to spend a holiday in a maritime area with tranquility and a stone's throw (literally) from the sea, as there is direct access to the beach a few meters from the house. The shower outside is definitely a strong point to avoid leaving dirty inside the house. There's definitely no shortage of comforts and essentials for your stay. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the idyllic location and tranquility. Tonino and Caterina were very accommodating. It was surprising that a security deposit was required and the air conditioning was charged extra.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Listing is as described, all the preliminary information was a good fit. The location or proximity to the beach is very good. You only walk 3 minutes. Since we were on site in the late season, there were also very few people or only locals present there. It's unfortunate that very few speak English. From the property you can visit the supermarkets and restaurant by car. In Marina Davoli is a great gelateria Con Gusto and in Braci & Galici you can eat well. Larger selection of shops and restaurants is then in Soverato. The accommodation is well suited for family, as there is also a cot. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you.

Lovely apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean and tastefully furnished. The outside terrace (furniture and views) were amazing! Would recommend! Car definitely required.

Arriving in the village was already special due to the ride up. The driveway takes about 10 minutes and gives a first impression of the view. A small mountain village with lots of charm and very friendly people. There is a pizzeria and also a small shop. The place is a very clean. We felt right at home there. It is so idyllic and prepared with a lot of love. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place to be Stefania and her family are very accommodating and intrusive. We will be happy to come back...

It was a pleasure staying at Loredanas place :) everything was as described and really cozy and clean! There was great furnishing and equipment for cooking too and the neighborhood was nice. We spent some lovely evenings on the terrace from where you could see the sea as well. WiFi, the AC and everything worked fine! We were four people and it was enough space for all of us! Loredana was a very nice host too, she gave us some nice recommendations and answered very quickly! We would book again, when coming back! Thank you for hosting us :)

The place was great. The garden and apartment were very well maintained. The kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. The area is very quiet, the beach can really be reached in less than 10 minutes. The host gave great tips and was very kind. We will be happy to come back! Highly recommended!

Chiara is a welcoming, precise and helpful host. The property is a stone's throw from the sub paradise (you can walk), and the rooms are cozy and very clean!!!
