Vacation rentals with lake access in Nicaragua

Isleta Tahiti was the perfect getaway with girlfriends for my birthday! We swam all day in the beautiful pool and lounged away in the hammocks and sun loungers. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and drinks for 7 people. The bedrooms are clean, though we only went in there to sleep as the surroundings are so breathtaking, you want to be outside at all times! The caretakers are lovely. My friends and I all talked about other family and friends we'd love to bring to stay in the future. Highly recommend!

Isania and Julio were incredibly accommodating, friendly and so helpful. Isania’s sisters and nieces were welcoming and so sweet. My 4yo daughter had such a wonderful time with them and she will never forget our time at their home. Thank you for such an amazing stay and making us feel just like family!!

Perry and Heidy's place was the perfect place to stay in Granada. It was centrally located, clean, spacious and not to mention the most unique and stunning home with a pool located in the middle of the living space! Casa Anita was one of our favourite parts of our trip and I couldn't recommend it more. Heydi was also quick to respond and accommodated us with an early check-in. Thanks again :)

Si buscas un lugar para relajarte y pasarla bien con tu familia, Quinta Estelita sería idea. Es un lugar muy bonita exacta a cómo sale en las fotos, fui con mi familia a pasar un fin de semana y fue increíble. Lesbia es muy amable y servicial. Mi familia y yo quedamos encantados y definitivamente regresaríamos.

Simplemente el mejor Airbnb en Granada. Mi estancia fue increíble, todo fue tal como se muestra en las fotos (¡o incluso mejor!). La casa está perfectamente equipada, muy limpia, cómoda y acogedora; realmente me sentí como en casa. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, con aire acondicionado, y el ambiente general es muy tranquilo y seguro. La ubicación es ideal: en una zona tranquila pero a pasos del centro, con supermercados, restaurantes, spa y La Calzada muy cerca. La piscina es preciosa, bien cuidada y la limpiaron dos veces durante mi estancia. Además, la señora de limpieza fue muy amable. La anfitriona fue excelente, siempre respondió súper rápido y con mucha amabilidad. Todo fue perfecto, no tengo ninguna queja. Sin duda volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%. ¡Amé todo!

I must start by saying the service by Erik the property manager was outstanding. He was very responsive and arranged taxis to and from the villa, as well as moto rentals (which you will absolutely need to explore the island). Layout of the villa was quirky, kitchen and potable water are on the 2nd level while all bedrooms as well as the only indoor bathroom are on the 1st level. The villa is set back from the road and delivers fantastic views, as does the restaurant directly up the hill. That restaurant is part of a hotel, but it’s without a doubt the closest food option. If you’re looking for walkability, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with plenty of space, I recommend this stay.

Absolutely better than the pictures. Great stay. On the beach. Safe! Peaceful! Well kept! If you want the beach and serenity this is it !

Fue maravilloso. Las instalaciones todas muy bien mantenidas y limpias, cuenta con todo lo necesario, cada habitación tiene su propio baño y aire acondicionado, aunque no fue necesario usarlo en la noche porque es muy fresco. La cocina super bien equipada, incluyendo agua para beber y hielo. Una terraza estilo mezzanine que disfrutamos mucho en la noche. El acceso al baño en la laguna espectacular y lo mejor es que hay una piscina perfecta para los chicos, andábamos con nuestras hijas que la disfrutaron por horas cuando ya no querían más estar en la laguna. Especial mención para Luis, el chico nos atendió, super atento y dispuesto a ayudarnos con todo. Fue perfecto, sin lugar a dudas volvería y lo recomiendo.

Très beau logement, le terrain était magnifique, beaucoup d'arbres et de fleurs. Un petit paradis en bordure du lagon Apoyo. La route pour s'y rendre est sinueuse, mais belle. Le dernier 500 mètres et très rocailleux et l'emplacement mal Identifié. Mais pour le reste tout est parfait.

O Luís Alberto me recebeu muito bem. Ofereceu serviços extras e se dedicou para tornar a estadia agradável e prazerosa. Custo/benefício muito bom. Voltando à Nicarágua, com certeza vou procurá-lo novamente.

This place was exactly what we were looking for in an AirBnB. The location was amazing, it was beautiful and peaceful. There’s plenty of things to do around this property if relaxing isn’t something you’re looking to do. It felt like we were in paradise. Cesar is very attentive and quick to respond to any situation. Can’t wait to go back!

Nothing bad to say about Hector y Isabel's place. Hector was such an amazing host who is so gracious and knowledgeable about the beautiful island of Ometepe. He gave us a great deal on renting his motorcycle and even brought in his sister in law to teach us how to cook local cuisine. If you ask nicely, he might even bring you up the hill and show you his beautiful farm on the side of the Maderas Volcano. Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants and 2km or so to Ojo De Agua. Do yourself a favor and stay in this great spot. Thanks Hector!

Ons verblijf was prachtig! Mooiste accommodatie van centraal Amerika waar wij zijn geweest tot nu toe. Je begeeft je in een paradijs. Prachtige tuin, comfortabele slaapkamers en badkamers, mooi uitzicht, ruim opgezet, veel zitjes in het huis en in de tuin. Je duikt vanaf de tuin zo het meer in. Wilmer en zijn familie zijn zeer vriendelijk en zorgzaam. Wij raden deze plek zeker aan!

A luxurious, private place with rare A/C for Nica, let alone on Ometepe. Downright spacious and located near the store for snacks and drinks, it also is walkable to hostel parties. Nicol is the best Airbnb host I’ve encountered, functioning as a de facto concierge for finding taxis and rentals. Highly recommended.

We felt warmly welcomed by Linda from the very first minute and thoroughly enjoyed every moment in her beautiful little house. Our expectations of the accommodation were more than fulfilled. We can therefore only agree with the positive reviews and warmly recommend Linda's little paradise. Thank you so much for all, Linda!

My partner and I had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, easy to get to grocery/atm or restaurants. Having a scooter made things easier but everything is also walkable. We were surprised to find how windy this side of the island gets, but it keeps the temperature cooler and easy to sleep in. Our private hostel was spacious and clean - and coming from the U.S. we found the price to be well worth it.

The place is amazing, however it gets a little bumpy one mile before you get to the house, a small car won’t ever make it, if you thinking to get there at night I would recommend that you don’t because the last mile it’s very narrow and very dark. Other than that the place it’s amazing and the care takers are amazing people. Pablo is very responsive and was always available.

En resumen Espectacular Este fue nuestro segundo hospedaje en nuestro viaje en moto. Este maravilloso lugar tiene una vibra tan mística y armoniosa qué realmente nos enamoró, la privacidad tranquilidad, rodearse de tanta naturaleza, el sonido melodioso y la cereza del pastel tener al lago y vista al imprecionante volcán a tan solo unos pasos desde la puerta de nuestro hospedaje era mágico, además tenían un filtro para el agua que nos fue de mucha ayuda y por otro lado poder hacer uso del kayak, gracias a eso nos pegamos un buen tour por el lago y los canales y seguir contemplando el lado de día y de noche fue algo top para nuestro viaje. Sin duda nos veremos pronto. Gracias por compartir este lugar 🙏🏼

Die Zeit im Papaki Haus war sehr schön. Hab mich wie daheim gefühlt. Teresa hat mich bei allem unterstützt was ich brauchte! Außerdem konnte ich mit ihr mein spanisch üben;) die Lage war super, nah am Strand und zum Wasserfall! Würde jederzeit wieder gerne kommen :)
