This house is perfect for 2 friends who want to share a house. NOTE: electricity is not included in the monthly price (approx. 50U$, meter available.

The house is surrounded by a tropical garden inside s small community called Cabañas Lobotepe. Private parking and caretaker available. From the entrance it's a 50m walk on an ascending path with 30 steps.

A real beach house directly on Quizala beach which was built in 2010 and to which, year after year, we have modified and added rooms to now be able to accommodate 6 people. The house is located in Playa Quizala, therefore 1 hour 15 minutes from the capital Managua. A new outdoor kitchen with bbq and an upstairs veranda have been added. We are the owners of Casa Blanca next door, so ideal for hosting 2 families on vacation.
