Vacation rentals with breakfast in Niagara County

My Delta flight from Buffalo to Atlanta was cancelled late on a Saturday afternoon, due to the CrowdStrike fiasco. After taking a couple of hours to figure out how I would handle this (cancelling the flight on Delta and rebooking on a Monday Southwest flight), I needed a place to spend two unexpected days of vacation. Luckily Michael responded immediately to my request to book a room in his gorgeous home. Michael was friendly and sympathetic and his home was amazing! The house has gloriously been restored, while also adding new touches that we now expect (air conditioning and French press coffee, to name a few). My bed was very comfortable and I appreciated having shower supplies as well as anything I might want for breakfast. Best of all, you can easily walk to the Niagara Falls State Park. I took time to hike to the old power plant from the house (highly recommend). It was also nice to have others also staying at the house to chat with. Do not hesitate to stay with Michael!

Absolutely beautiful Airbnb! I've stayed at quite a few and this has been my favorite as far as quality, decor, communication, and amenities. Bed was very comfortable, and the entire place was immaculate! We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a wonderful stay thanks to our host Michael, who was very responsive and very easy to communicate with. The house was very lovely and cozy lots of space. I would definitely recommend this airbnb for anyone who’s looking to stay near Niagara Falls. It was about 20 mins walk to the falls which was just perfect !

Beautiful and charming house not far from the Falls Lisa is very kind and happy to engage in interesting conversations. We appreciated the little things, like bath salt in the bathroom and coffee available for guests.

“This house is a gem in a dormant town” my son and I felt very welcome and learned so much from a weekend visit to the Niagara Falls which thanks to Katherine we value even more. She is an asset to this town and we hope more take the initiative to beautify the city. The house was more than we expected thanks to Katherine’s tour and the great breakfast where we had the opportunity to share and feel like royalty. Great experience for a great price.

A very comfortable stay in a unique home. If you enjoy historic homes and houses with character you deserve to treat yourself to this unique experience. I don't use unique with the negative connotation, but with a genuine nod to what this home provides. It's close to everything and while the area nearby may be an area of poverty, this home is safe, warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, the downstairs bathroom and shower was delightful and the rooms were reasonably private. While I didn't partake in breakfast due to my schedule it's nice to know that was an option. All In all, it was a great experience and one I would recommend to other with an interest in fun.

We loved our stay! We loved relaxing in our private attic space as well as the public area of the house. Katherine was very fun, professional and straight to the point!! Just a marvelous woman!! Plus at breakfast we got to meet people from all over and talk about our travels. Highly recommend staying in this little slice of history!

Great historical home, easy walk to restaurants, the casino, the state park and all its amenities, as well as to Canada. Comfortable space and nice host and fellow guests.

Interesting place for sure. Funky and old but had some charm too. It was very clean. Kim was very welcoming. Only complaint is there isn’t a check in description so we weren’t sure where to park or how to get in. There was a note on the door and Kim did answer right away. She was very welcome and explained everything herself which was fine but some explanation in the app description would be cool. Beautiful landscaping, 10 min walk from all the falls stuff… Canada side was much better than the US side.
