Vacation rentals with breakfast in Newtown

We had a wonderful refreshing stay at Danielle's home. Everything was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Every room had large picture frame windows looking out onto the most amazing immediate view of community enjoying the beach in all manner of ways. We loved staying at Danielle's home it was a real highlight.

Beautiful and peaceful and wroth every penny. Perfect for anyone who loves horses. The unit is well equipped and the bed is fantastically comfortable. We also went horse riding. Andrew and Laura were very accommodating and it was a great experience. We will be back.

We spent a wonderful week exploring Wellington with Gary and Kris' place as our base. The Otari-Wilton bush is right next to the house, and we spent hours hiking the area. Very easy to catch a bus into Wellington too. Locally, we really enjoyed the Kelburn Village Pub - great meals and service. The house is fantastic and like other reviews have said, the photos don't do it justice! Really liked the many bird visitors to the garden.

We had a great stay here. The house is lovely and has great views over the water. We had our own car and access to all parts of Wellington was easy. We’re quite a bit fitter for the walk up the stairs each day, but the cable car access is great also.

the apartment is in a fantastic location, was very spacious, clean and modern and beautiful. Rhys responded very quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend this place.

Bianca was fabulous! The place is in a great location- centrally located but very quiet. It was so easy getting around the city from there. Bianca had so many warm touches throughout the place, from fresh fruit to comfy bathrobes. She was super responsive! Don’t miss out on this place!

We really appreciated Alistair and Shelia's hospitality. They were the best hosts we have experienced with Airbnb rentals. The living accommodations were very comfortable and provided the space we needed to rest, do laundry, visit Wellington, and prepare for the next stage of our trip to South Island. We appreciated the closeness to bus and train routes into Wellington and to the Interislander Ferry to Picton.

Really enjoyed our stay at Cashmere Retreat, with Julie being a wonderful and engaging host. The unit was clean and tidy, and the additional “little extras” made it a memorable experience for our family. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a fantastic stay at Gile's place in Wellington. Everything was perfectly clean and well provisioned. The location is super, walkable to all shopping, restaurants, and attractions. Gile is very responsive and a true gem of a host. Do not hesitate to book this place, it is an Airbnb 5+ stay!

This home’s 180+ degree views encompass a wide sailboard and surfers beach, Wellington airport’s final-approach flight path (which is quiet) and the mouth of Wellington Harbor. Therefore it is fun, fascinating and fulfilling.

A very quiet place to stay, very private and beautifully clean. An easy walk to the beach and cafés and restaurants. Christine’s communication was spot on and Bill gave us a warm welcome and good introduction to our room.
