“Easy going as advertised, Jim is a kind, helpful and communicative host and his house is delightful. Well situated in a quiet street but walkable distance to many stations and the fun Erskineville/New Town districts. Loved my stay and highly recommend this place! Unique . Thanks again, Jim.”
Our clinker brick feature wall reveals the heart imprint seen on real Sydney convict bricks. Our street was built in the 1880's. Our building was completely rebuilt in 2018/2019. Our location & neighbourhood is inner west Sydney at its best. We are just 280 metres from Erskineville Station, which means we are just 15 minutes from the Opera House and 9 minutes from Darling Harbour- 160 ms. from Erko. village- 700 ms. from King St. Newtown. We are 1.2km from the Aust. Technology Park.
“Lloyd’s place was absolutely fab! The place has lots of character, is a good size and we felt very at home! His communication was great, and we had no issues whatsoever. Erskineville was a great location in itself, equidistant to Erskineville station and MacDonald station, and full of cute coffee shops, grocers, bottle shop and a great Thai! Really commutable and really homey! I highly recommend this place :)”
