Great place super well equipped and very clean. Well located near the beach of La Grave and the small shops on the dock. Eric gave us good advice on discovering the surrounding area. We highly recommend this rental.

Wow what an amazing place! We were shocked at how large the room was (the fireplace and living room is apart of the suite!!). The character of this home is unreal, we were blown away that we actually got to stay in a place like this! The bed was extra comfortable, and the private bathroom was perfect. We wish we could have spent an extra night, but sadly our trip was wrapping up. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

This is our second stay. We loved it once again! Lunch at the restaurant is great! We'll be back!

Perfect place to be near Gaspésie Park and go hiking with your dog. The cottage is very clean and welcoming. I recommend it without hesitation and would love to come back :)

Comfortable, beautifully located, air-conditioned and quite spacious accommodation. Everything we needed!

This is a spot beyond words. The Loft is bright, open, so clean and welcoming. 2 small balconies let you sit out side overlooking the Fleuve, to greet the sunrise at the front of the apartment then see the sun set on the west. The cost may seem a bit on the steep side, but the experience is worth every penny.

We spent 3 nights at Denis' place. It was great, clean, good location and well-equipped. Denis is also very nice, responsive and gives good advice :) Good place if you pass through Gaspé!

Excellent alternative to hotels in the area, especially if additional space and the kitchenette are important to you. I appreciated the cleanliness and the quality towels/linens. It was nice to have a small gym (weights/cardio) on site. Extremely easy check in/check out process. Very walkable area- downtown restaurants/bars, Quidi Vidi all within 20-30 minute walk. We had a rental car and parking was provided. Cafe/local grocery store walkable within a few minutes. Quiet building/area. I would stay here again and would recommend to others. Comparable price to local hotels, but with more space/amenities.

My first time ever staying in an Air BnB. I loved the stay, very comforting ☺️ The bathtub, and shower was SO convenient. Spacious place with AC. VERY clean. Pillows are super comfortable, along with the king size bed!!!! I will be back that's for sure! Thank you so much Michael for the stay, and keeping in touch while I was visiting St. John's for the Shania Twain concert.

Excellent location. Close to downtown and signal hill. Walking distance to so much such as trails at signal hill, restaurants and shops of downtown. Nice and quiet building. Lots of parking. Easy to find. Lots of space, very clean. Definitely will stay here again!

A perfect stay right in the middle of Trinity. Within walking distance to restaurants/tourist attractions, with great recommendations based on the season we were visiting. the space itself was very clean and comfortable, with nice touches that made us feel right at home. Would highly recommend to anyone planning to stay on the Bonavista peninsula!

I was in St. John's for a work trip and spent two beautiful months in one of the Queen suites. The position was very good because close to the city center but in a relatively quiet place. Micheal was always very reactive and replied quickly to my requests. Two washing machines and two dryers were available for free in the basement, which is good for long stays. The kitchen was equipped with microwave, pots, cutlery, dish-washer and a portable hob. I found the bed comfortable and I liked the bathroom, especially the shower.

Very nice place to stay; Clean and tidy. Very comfortable place to stay while visiting St. John's. The location being near downtown allows tourist the best opportunity to visit the city, and able to relax with a park across the road. The place is very clean and well organised and have plenty of amenities made available to make your stay comfortable; ideal spot if you are looking for a short-term stay. The bathroom is very spacious and clean; appears to have been renovated fairly recently. Street parking can be a bit of a hassle during the daytime where people tend to use the street while visiting the park. However, once night comes, these spots are made available again when these people leave. In saying that, I was able to park pretty much near the entrance of the building at night. Additionally, the neighbourhood felt safe; therefore, I didn't feel the need to worry about any thieves breaking into my vehicle. Overall, 9/10. Would stay again.
