This is my second visit to Darbys Place. It's beautiful and peaceful surroundings is perfect. The lake house will exceed your expectations. My family always feels right at home. I highly recommend this place you will not be disappointed! Can't wait to visit again.

Really cool location in a history rich location. The air bnb could be more decorated with stuff about the city but non the less a nice place to stay right in the heart of Downtown Vicksburg. Tyler was responsive and helpful when answering any of my questions.

We spent a nice weekend at Elizabeth’s place. Her directions were easy to follow for parking and getting into the unit. The unit is upstairs and is one of 4 in the building. The unit was spotless and recently renovated. It was comfortable and just right for 4 adults. The king beds were cozy and I loved the shower. It is on one of the main streets, is very walkable, and close to many of Vicksburg’s tourist attractions and restaurants. We would stay here again!

The Tupelo Cottage is a wonderful, quiet place. It is ideal for a getaway. Joanne was a wonderful host. She responded to my questions very quickly, and went out of her way to help with my booking. I hope to come back and stay again.

I grew up in Delhi and often visited the stores that made up Main Street when I was a kid; so, to stay here with my family years later was special. Many of those businesses are no longer, but I was happy to see, after years of being unoccupied, new businesses move in, including this rental property. You will read other reviews of the late-night train(s), but that's part of the small-town charm. I heard these trains in the distance growing up, but experienced them up close. Yes, they are loud, but run through quickly. Melvin was a great host, answering any questions we had leading up to and during our stay. I recommend 9/10!

All the reviews are correct. This is a great place to say. Well equipped kitchen for those who want/like to cook. We had a heating issue (completely our fault) and I contacted Jacqueline about it. She was able to take care of it remotely in no time. She followed up with a message through the app and the called me a day later to make sure everything was still ok. This really is a nice place to stay with an even nicer host. Would definitely stay again.

Evelyn's home was large and very comfortable and clean. She was very flexible with us when we had to change plans last minute due to an illness in the family and was very responsive.

Jay's place was right on the river with a quiet front porch to watch sunsets. Inside there is a small sunroom that is outstanding! Comfortable, views, private. Jay gives clear instructions for arriving and leaving. His place is walkable for all things in town. A washer and dryer is always handy. Very comfortable beds. Thank you Jay!

What a lovely loft. The amazing art collection with original pieces by the Owner make this Loft unique and very interesting. Well appointed and clean. The rooftop terrace is a great place to hang out. And, the location puts you close to nice restaurant selections and shopping opportunities. Great place to stay in the Brick District of Vicksburg.
