The cottage was completely remodeled in spring of 2018. It is one of 21 cottages built in 1920. The back of the cottage is a rolling meadow and woods. It feels secluded, yet you are only a mile from all the wonderful happenings in Downtown Ogunquit, Perkins Cove & Ogunquit beach. Come enjoy the beach, shopping and amazing restaurants. Check out the Nubble Lighthouse, shop the outlets in Kittery or walk around Portsmouth NH. This tiny cabin is convenient to so much. Come rejuvenate!

We had a great stay! The cottage was so cozy, especially the living room with the big comfy couch and fireplace. It was perfect for a fall getaway. The location can’t be beat - we loved being able to walk only a few minutes into town for dining, shopping and the beach, but still had privacy at the Airbnb in a quiet and tucked-away location.

This was our third year staying here. When I said that I wanted to return every year, I meant it! Katherine’s home is perfect for the three of us coming from various parts of the country and enjoying a once a year reunion. It is spotless and so comfortable with views of the ocean and lovely scenic walks right outside the door. Mother’s Beach is right around the curve in the road. We love it here! Would absolutely recommend this quaint little home! The place was clean and as described, and Lisa was very responsive and helpful. This is located right in the middle of town, a few minutes walk to Perkin’s Cove and equally as close to the beach.

My husband and I stayed at this cottage for several days the end of August. The cottage is adorable - just as pictured. The view from the yard (larger than most at this complex) was beautiful looking over the marsh to the ocean. Inside was everything we needed plus more. And most restaurants and the beach are within 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend it and we hope to go back there next year. Thank you, Jayan, for a great vacation! Debi

The Downtown Cottage is a peaceful and perfect get away located right in the action of Rockport. The space is even not lovely in person. The views from the top floor are spectacular and it is a perfect place to watch a sunrise or sunset with a cup of tea.
