Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Fire Island Pines: Studio Cabin

Studio cabin (approx. 13.5 x 15 ft.) Functional, basic, rustic, atmospheric—It's just a little cabin in the woods. The shack can accommodate only 2 people max. This one-of-a-kind luxury brownstone, with parking, is located on one of Hoboken‘s prettiest streets. This warm and inviting home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with an in-unit washer/dryer. The home’s beautiful wooden doors open into a chefs‘ kitchen with an oversized island that has four barstools and a wet bar. Entertain with your indoor grill and six-burner stove. The Carriage House building is located 1/2 block to the beach and two blocks to the center of the historic downtown. It offers two individual apartments, each with two floors of living space. Apartment "B" has 1 bedroom, 1 bath. Apartment "A" has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths. Both have a porch and a bedroom balcony. Pricing is for double occupancy. Each can accommodate a maximum of 4 people (children welcome). Conveniences include a full kitchen and complement of electronics. Central air and heat.

The Cottage at Indian Cove

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.

Historic sites in the area include Washington Crossing Park and Goat Hill Overlook. The nearby D & R Canal towpath provides outdoor recreation opportunity should you leave the 10-acre site.
