We stayed here with our three children for a week while visiting family. It couldn't have been more perfect. Dawn was incredibly helpful and responsive. We felt very much at home there and it had everything we needed. It's a beautiful location too but must be even more lovely in the warmer months.

Such a lovely condo in a fantastic location! Roger's instructions were clear, the space was comfortable (2 bathrooms!), and we had a great time visiting family in Toms River while also enjoying Seaside/Lavalette. It was rainy during our trip, but the view from the covered balcony was still beautiful! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay! It was so cute and cozy and just what we needed for a wonderful weekend getaway. My daughter and I had a great mix of fun at local wineries, concert and dancing at Mohegan Sun just minutes away and a wonderful relaxing time at the spa just a short walk away. We also took a trip to Mystic for some shopping and a great dinner and still managed to have some nice wind down time in front of the fire watching a comedy on Netflix. The condo had everything we needed as well as great touches of snacks and coffee plus all sorts of creamers. Would definitely come back again!!!

We had a great stay over President's Day weekend and I highly recommend staying here. It had all of the things we were looking for - hot tub, fireplace (wood stove which was even nicer for all the heat it gave off), sauna (amazing), and a fully stocked kitchen. The place is nicely redone with 4 cozy bedrooms (especially the two upstairs). We would definitely stay here again.

My son and I stayed for a few days and we felt right at home. The cabin is gorgeous and so cozy, my 8 year old son wanted to even stay more time there. It was quiet and peaceful, just what we wanted. We had a lovely stay at this house. We used it as a jumping off point for skiing at Jack Frost (about 15 mins away) and Kalahari (20 mins). The house was clean, well equipped and perfect size for our family of 5. My kids loved the foosball and air hockey, and everyone loved the hot tub! Ariel was very responsive before, during and after our trip.

We had a great stay! The house was stunning, close to the beach and the boardwalk. Mike met us at the house and showed us the house and the surroundings. We left a cell phone at house and checked prior to realizing it was still in there. Mike was actually out of the country and was doing his best to get the cell phone mailed to us. Much appreciated! Would love to stay again.

Javid & Aysel are great hosts, super quick to respond and very helpful. They have a very lovely, homey home, and our group of 13 really enjoyed every level of it. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace as the family gathered around it and by the kitchen/dining area. The house sits very close to walking trails, ski slopes, and it’s walking distance to beach and the community center which we would like to come back for in the summer!

I wish we could give 100 stars for this stay!! The house was absolutely stunning and immaculate. We had a blast enjoying the amenities in the community and Susan and Todd could not have been more helpful in getting us set up. The communication was prompt every time. We had a truly magical week enjoying the pools and making the quick trip to Bethany Beach for the restaurants and beach days. We will absolutely be back and hope to stay here again!!

I had a great time at Serenity4me. The house is cute and has everything you need. There is an indoor porch soon as you walk in. The beach is only a short walk away. Rick was really kind letting me stay a couple more days past my checkout date. This home is also really great for people who don't like stairs.

This place is literally a piece of heaven! During our stay, we had a full frontal of the frozen lake, it was pure magic! Waking up to the beautiful view of the lake was magic. If you are trying to disconnect, relax, reconnect with your loved one, this is your spot! The details in this rental were to die for! From the beautiful kitchen, to the rooms, there is not a single spot in this rental that was overlooked by design!! There is also ample space outside to hang out and grill! It was a beautiful and relaxing winter stay, the host was extremely responsive, even went out his way to grab allergy medicine for me through one of the snowy days.. thank you so much for your kindness! This place is absolutely heaven! I am definitely coming back!

My family and I wanted to get away from our busy work life and this was the perfect place to do that. Viviana’s place was stocked with everything you could possibly need during your stay. She is very helpful, friendly, and responsive. Viviana goes above and beyond for her guests! The place was clean from top to bottom. The house has plenty to do and there’s a lot to do around the location. This has been on of the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Thank you again for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Cottage! The setting was lovely and the house was spotless, very well equipped, and super comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The outdoor areas were lovely and perfect for relaxing and hanging out. The hosts (Lauren & Mike) were responsive and thoughtful, and the welcome treats were such a nice touch! Older house but very comfortable. Two bedrooms upstairs are railroad so you will have to walk through one to get to the other. One bathroom but it's nice and well stocked. Nice views into the farms and valleys. Only issue we had was one of my friends was afraid of the old house noises from the wind. Great for families or a few friends looking for a low key place to stay

We love coming to Georgetown and love staying at Rick's place. It's perfect for us, and we can relax there. The house is beautiful with great amenities. My mom appreciates the walk-in shower. The kitchen is fantastic for cooking. The beds are comfortable, as is the furniture in living and dining rooms. Rick is a fantastic host. I highly recommend this home!
