Condo vacation rentals in New Town, Prague

Esperienza molto positiva.. L’appartamento era fornito di tutto. Gli ultimi due giorni ha fatto piuttosto freddo ma dentro casa non lo abbiamo proprio avertito.Palazzina di nuova costruzione con ascensore velocissimo. Non proprio centrale ma con i mezzi di trasporto frequenti , si raggiunge il centro senza problemi. Contesto molto rilassante con un area verde proprio sotto casa. Le signore alla reception simpatiche🙂 Consigliato!

Ottimo appartamento a 10 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia in condominio top con ascensore e portiere h24. L’appartamento è dotato di ogni confort e super accessoriato con tutte le dotazioni che possono servire per un soggiorno breve. Complimenti davvero!

We had a very comfortable 3 night stay, the host had great communication and it was a good location to walk into the centre! Would recommend :)

Ulvi ist ein super Host Es war alles genau wie beschrieben und die Lage der Wohnung ist phänomenal. Es trat ein kleines Problem auf aber ulvi hat darauf sofort und in kürzester Zeit reagiert. Sehr gerne wieder.

Tereza's apartment was exactly like the pictures shown. It's a beautifully furnished, spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen in a quiet neighbourhood. Tereza was very responsive before check-in and her friend Ondrej met me with a Czech delicious bobovka cake. There is a binder at the apartment with pages of restaurants/things to do that she recommends, both in old town as well as locally. There are multiple grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Lots of attractions (Wenceslas Square, Old Town, Vysehrad) within a 20-30 minute walk or an easy tram/metro ride (the Prague public transportation is so convenient and easy to use). Don't miss Grebovka park (Havlickovy Sady) or sunsets at Riegrovy Sady! Both are easy walks through the beautiful Vinohrady neighbourhood. I would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend.

Naprosto paradni ubytovani, pokud jako my potrebujete byt v blizkosti 02 areny. Hlavne pokud jedete tri kolegove a potrebujete kazdy svuj pokoj a soukromi. Vsechno dokonaly. Naprosto doporucuju vsem. Jeste jednou moc dekuji.

Overall Experience was very Good, Host was Amazing and very Kind , He himself came to handover Keys and explain the complete in and out process, Thank You so Much he himself carry on my Luggage to lovely place. Place is very Safe , Walkable distance to centre , station and all the surrounding. Easy to move around in the city. Perfect location , Very Quite and peaceful place. I am Very Happy with Over all time . Recommend to all My friends and Family 💜 Thank You So Much for the Warm welcome .

Die Roman's Wohnung ist klein aber ruhig, der circa 30 Minuten von Karlsbrücke, und 5 Minuten von Penny und DM zu Fuß entfernt. In der Nacht im Hof riecht angenehm nach gebackenen Brot 😊, es ist toll! ich komme gerne wieder Elena

the apartment is perfect and I would go back gere if I come back to Prague! we loved the decoration and everything was very clean. Andrea is a wonferful host. the only thing I can say is that parking is kind of expensive comparing to the price per night. it is the same price as the private guarded parking near the place, so it was a cost we didn't expect to be that much. Still amazing experience and place!

Super Unterkunft, Felix hat schnell und freundlich auf Fragen reagiert. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und durch die quietschende Tür hört man immer, sobald jemand das Haus betritt oder verlässt. Ich glaube, als wir da waren gab es Handwerker oderso, sollte denke ich sonst nicht so häufig vorkommen. Ansonsten aber alles super gewesen und das macht für uns keinen Stern weniger. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, vielen Dank!

Great location with nice scenery around, only a 20 min walk into the old town. Host was very active and replied to all messages within 10 minutes. The apartment was clean and as described.

Loved my stay here. Veronika was always quick to respond to messages and I was graciously greeted on arrival. The flat is clean, spacious and comfortable. There are local shops restaurants and bars which are lovely. Transport to get into the main city and/or airport is nearby too which is super handy. Fabulous stay, would thoroughly recommend.

Moc pěkné ubytování v klidné lokalitě i přesto, že jste stále v Praze, a to jen pár kroků od autobusové zástavky a lesem za zády. Veškerý komfort, který potřebujete jak pro práci, tak odpočinek. Pro odpočinek nebo pro domácí mazlíčky může člověk využít krásnou před zahrádku. Velmi vstřícní majitelé a skvělá komunikace. Byla jsem moc spokojena a ráda toto ubytování doporučím dál a ráda se vrátím.

The Apartment was so cute and in such a perfect area. We enjoyed it a lot. The Apartment was clean and the bed was so comfortable. František was so helpful with the check in and out times. He helped us a lot with our travel management.

Easy Check In, the place was clean and accurate to the pictures. We were close to pretty much every part of the city so overall a very good stay :)

Velice pěkné ubytování se snadnou dostupností do centra. Skvělá podpora majitele v případě potřeby. Bezproblémové parkování v okolí zdarma. K využití posilovna, místnost na jógu a klubovna. Krásná střešní terasa s možností grilování.
