Places to stay in New Roads

Great location! It was a quiet neighborhood and much better than a bustling hotel! Beautiful spring flowers to see! I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy walks along the neighborhood. One recommendation, check the temp settings before bed. It was set to heat on the first night and we woke up roasting! Not the owners issue…I should have checked before heading to bed!

Relaxing weekend shopping, Angola Rodeo, great food and Mass for our 26th Anniversary. Our stay was close to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Randy is great to work with. He is very responsive and communicates well. He wants his guests to have a wonderful experience. He really goes above and beyond to make the process easy. He takes all feedback and works to make things even better. The home could use some welcoming features. It had all we needed, but could use some decor and homey feel. The bathrooms have been updated and are nice. The shower in the master bedroom is great!

Me and my family really enjoy our trip to New Roads. we also enjoyed the host and they made show we was very comfortable. everything was just right with no worries or anything. It was a smooth transition coming in to enjoy the festivities and leaving as well. we will visit again next year

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming fishing cabin on False River! The cabin had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and it was the perfect spot for our family of six (including two kids) and our two dogs. The porch was our favorite place to start each day with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, taking in the peaceful view. The dock was great for a little fishing and enjoying the serene atmosphere. Inside, the cabin was older but cozy and well-equipped. We were able to cook breakfast together, and the kids had a blast watching movies and playing games in the evenings. It really felt like a home away from home. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, was incredibly responsive, and gave us great recommendations for local activities. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and spend quality time with our loved ones. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly retreat!
