Great home walking distance to most places. Quiet community right near water. The home was very clean and comfortable.

The house was very clean, with a beautiful, large, well stocked kitchen. The view was lovely and it was wonderful hanging out on the deck. The beds were very comfortable. The house would be a little more practical if one of the bedrooms had two beds, so more people could sleep in the actual bedrooms. The pull out beds were not as comfortable and the bed in the loft is only accessible with a ladder. However, for a small group or people who aren’t picky about their sleeping arrangements it is a fantastic place to stay. You can’t beat the view and proximity to the water!

This was our 2nd time staying here. It was just as nice as last year. So easy checking in and Patricia is great to deal with. The house is so relaxing and of course hearing and seeing the waves just melts away stress. I highly recommend staying here.

Molly's place was welcoming from the start - a welcome bottle of wine (appreciated after our long drive!) and thoughtfully supplied kitchen - to her quick response to our questions. The creative remake of this old house is unique. The master bedroom and ensuite bath are so comfortable and beautiful. I loved the plants everywhere. We enjoyed the short walk to beautiful Wilcox Park (suggestions for nice walks supplied by our hosts!) and getting to know Pawcatuck - what a lovely town!

We used Geoff's place as a home base for my bridal party and getting ready morning-- it was perfect! A charming Mystic house in a fantastic location. Cute coastal touches everywhere that made for great pictures. Geoff was responsive and very flexible with us, it was worth the value for sure!

Wellness Retreat in Mystic was perfect for our family celebrating our daughters college graduation. The fire pit and hot tub were this homes selling points for us. Comfortable beds, clean, 3 full bathrooms. Occupants must be comfortable with stairs - bilevel home.

One of the most wonderful places I have ever stayed! This beautiful little house is exquisite, perched on a hill over the water, filled with birds, lit with glowing light. A house like a poem. I can’t say enough, good things about it and about the warmth of the hosts. ❤️

We loved the location overlooking the bay. Very beautiful mornings. Only a short car ride from Newport. Elaine was very helpful and offered early check in and late check out proactively - very nice of her.

We had such a fun and memorable stay at this unique home! The layout was so interesting ,with a spiral staircase leading up to the attic, where there were two cozy rooms and a small library that we absolutely loved exploring. It added such a charming touch to the whole experience. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The views of the beach were absolutely beautiful …waking up to that was such a treat! The owner was lovely -very pleasant, helpful, and gave us some great recommendations on things to do in the area, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a one-of-a-kind house, and we’d absolutely love to come back again!

Paul's apartment is perfect for a visit to Mystic. It's cozy, well-appointed, and right in the heart of everything Mystic has to offer. The fact that it comes with parking and is pet friendly are also huge bonuses. We were only able to stay for one night this time but look forward to a return trip!

Great location! Rooms were tight for the two pack n plays but it worked out great with our toddler and infant.

The place was perfect, felt very comfortable there, wish I could have stayed longer but will defiantly go back next time I am in the area. Especially loved watching the birds at the feeder while having my morning coffee !

This was a delightful stay, and I wish we hadn't had so many family obligations so we could have enjoyed the place better. I so wanted to take time to relax on the beautiful and inviting back patio and just explore the property. I love historic places. We will definitely stay again next time we have family events in the area. Carol reached out to us and made us feel very welcome. We knew we had help if we needed something, but we didn't experience any issues at all, so didn't need to reach out. Great host for sure!!!

This was perfect for a weekend getaway to Mystic. It was within a 20 minute walk from downtown Mystic. Room was perfect for two people and cooking utensils were also provided.

Lori's place lived up to all of my expectations. It was very comfortable and well appointed. While it is right in the center of the little village, it still maintained a great sense of peace and privacy. I highly recommend this place as a lovely respite in the charming town of Chester.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was comfortable and clean. The amenities are perfect. It is such a perfect place to stay. Christina was very helpful, kind, personable and always quick to reply. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Would love to visit again…perhaps in the Fall. Loved the balcony overlooking the Sound. Julie was very responsive to my questions. She got back to me immediately. I would highly recommend Julie’s home!

We had a great stay! Instructions were clear and the home had everything we needed.

This is a ground level apartment in an historic home just off Benefit Street, a prime location on Providence’s College Hill. Because of the sloped terrain, it might seem like a basement apartment from one side, but it has a garden entrance at the front door. If you can handle the steep streets in this hilly area, it’s a perfect location if you want to be within walking distance of Brown University, the Rhode Island School of Design, and Downtown Providence. I did not rent a car while staying here and never felt I needed one. Tall travelers should be aware that this dwelling has low ceilings by modern standards. That didn’t bother me in the slightest; in fact, it made the apartment feel more cozy. Nevertheless, visitors over six feet tall should be aware of this aspect and make an informed decision. The apartment has a warm, comforting esthetic with all sorts of art on the walls and books on the shelf, and both made a great background for video conferences using the robust wifi signal.

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

Fantastic weekend spent in Montauk! Close to everything. Matthew was quick to respond to my questions before we arrived. Would defiantly book again!

Camila has a lovely spot for a weekend getaway! Spotless, cozy, and homey..perfect for a trip with friends or your partner! Near the casinos with tons of stuff to do during your stay! Definitely would recommend!
