Villa vacation rentals in New Kingston

We are sad to leave and are currently rebooking for next year we have had an amazing time staying at this property it felt like home from home. Judith is an amazing host. The surroundings are beautiful kept clean and tidy. Jusith always informed us as to when the pool was being cleaned and the grounds being tided. We have family in Kingston and was local to all the shops. We felt very secure and safe within this gated property. I could go on but we are rebooking that’s how much we loved our stay here including the mangos from the tree Thank you Judith

Joanna's place was beautiful, very big and spacious. Everything was clean and neat. It looks just like the pictures but even better in person. the pool was lovely and refreshing after a day of sightseeing. It was very private and safe. There is a manned security gate to enter the neighborhood and an electric gate to enter the property. You would need a vehicle as it is not walkable to any stores or attractions. Carline lives on and looks after the property. She is very friendly and helpful. She is also readily available to assist but respects your privacy. It was a pleasure meeting her. Joanna was easy to contact and gave good information and great directions to the house. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Our stay at the River House was magical, peaceful and enjoyable. The roaring sounds of the river outside, lulled us to sleep every night. The decor of the home was impressive and comfortable. Any issues we had was readily addressed to our satisfaction. The host was always available and responsive. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting a private oasis to escape to. Our favorite restaurants to dine was Strawberry Hill Restaurant and EITS Cafe. They both had excellent food and breathtaking views of the blue mountain area.

Our stay here was amazing. Nicole, Conroy and Debora were more than accommodating and made sure that we were extremely well taken care of. They went out of their way to take care of all of our needs and to ensure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Jamaica looking for a great experience!

The Air BnB was very clean, stylish, and had all the little touches that made our stay super comfortable. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. Hidden Gem! Precious's Place is a hidden gem! A wonderful place to relax and enjoy with family. The house was extremely clean with adequate space , and had everything we needed. Precious was super responsive. A very quiet, peaceful place with TIGHT security. Close to Hellshire beach, walking distance to a Church and shopping centres. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I definitely got value for my money! Thanks again Precious!
