Absolutely stunning stay! This chic and modern penthouse suite exceeded all expectations. The space was beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with natural light—every corner felt luxurious and thoughtfully curated. The breathtaking views of Philadelphia were truly unforgettable, especially at sunrise and sunset. What made the experience even more special was the host—so extremely accommodating, kind, and truly a joy to work with. From the moment we booked, communication was smooth and welcoming. It felt like staying with a friend who genuinely cares about your comfort and experience. I highly recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a high-end, memorable stay in Philadelphia. You won’t be disappointed!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay in. Bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is veryyyy clean. May be one of the cleanest bathrooms in an Airbnb I’ve ever seen. Also- Couldn’t thank James enough for his kindness. Made my stay in Philly very enjoyable!

5 out of 5 stars I stayed here for one night. Kale’s place is very clean and decorated beautifully. It looks like it’s straight out of a magazine. He has a large washer/dryer that I used. I wasn’t feeling well and he had Advil and Tylenol at the ready. He’s very friendly and responded to my inquires lightning fast. If I’m in the area again, I’ll stay here!

Great place to stay would stay again if I could

Kathy’s place was truly a gem. The room was quiet, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches like luxury linens, a smart TV, and chocolates on the bed. Everything exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Philly, walkable to UPenn, historic sites, and tons of shops and cafes, yet peaceful at night for a good rest. Kathy is a wonderful host—warm, responsive, and clearly cares about making guests feel at home. She’s created a cozy, welcoming environment that balances comfort and privacy perfectly. And of course, Darth Mikey the cat! He’s curious, social, and a total sweetheart. He’d occasionally stop by for a quick hello and brought a real sense of life to the space. Whether you're visiting for work, family, or fun, this is the kind of stay that reminds you why Airbnb can be so special. Would absolutely stay here again—and recommend it without hesitation!

Nice and convenient stay for my weekend trip! The space was easy to find, clean and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area!

unique spot. very walkable neighborhood close to Princeton university

This was a good stay to say the least. I felt somewhat at home. (Although the neighbors were talking very loud at some certain points so i did have to turn on the ac to drown it out a bit which was a bit bothersome, as well as a few ants on the floor but I’m sure it is because of the weather.) nonetheless, it was a lovely stay and I enjoyed my time. The place was spotless when I walked in, it was easy to find, the place was comfy. (Also: Not too far away from the convention center). Thank you for making my first time in Philly a good one, Andy & the rest of the hosts!

Full-service apartment only a 10-minute walk from the heart of Center City, for the price of a Days Inn! The kitchen was well-stocked, the bed was modern and comfortable, the wifi signal was very strong, water pressure and hot water were excellent in the shower, the whole place was spotless (check-in time at 5 allows cleaning crew to do a great job). I especially appreciated being able to watch my own streaming apps on their large TV while resting on an extremely comfortable sectional couch. I don't think the photos do justice to how nice the place is on the inside. Just some minor inconveniences to be aware of: - this is not a place to bring a car, unless you are prepared to put it in a garage: all the parking spaces in the area are only for 2 hours Mon-Fri or Sat. - the doorknob lock is very old and loose, so you may have to jiggle it for a while. - bedroom only has a portable air conditioner. But these are all outweighed by amenities and location!

Thank you Ania for a pleasant 5 day stay at your place. It is a charming apartment, very clean, and had all the amenities as described. The only issues we had were finding the apartment due to heavy rain when we arrived, and parking close to the entrance was not always available. These were minor concerns that did not detract from our stay.

This was my second stay at Hala's in as many weeks. Just as wonderful as the first time! See my review from last week, nothing has changed, still excellent!

Jason's place was the perfect spot for our recent visit to Philly. He had very clear instructions for entering the apartment (possibly some of the clearest I've ever encountered). The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. We ended up accidentally snapping the key off in the gate one night when we were returning to the apartment and he was able to get a replacement to us ASAP. I would absolutely stay here again!

Billy has been my contact for the two times I’ve stayed in center city at this place and they’re my favorite hosts on air bnb. Would suggest to anyone. Thanks Billy, you the man.

Farzi is an exceptional host. She is warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Her home is impeccably clean and thoughtfully maintained, reflecting her high standards. Farzi regularly checks in to ensure that all needs are met, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. She is not only reliable but also a delight to converse with, making the stay both pleasant and memorable.

Ivona was a great host. The place was easy to get into, very spacious and clean. It honestly felt like I was home. Area is awesome, a very short drive to Philly, I believe trains are available too. 100% recommend.

It was the perfect place for a little getaway/ staycation. They gave us some snacks, fresh fruit, water bottles, a bottle of wine, towels for the pool and for the shower, two robes, extra blankets, games, and so much more. They truly made sure every little detail was perfect for our arrival. They also left these sheets of instructions on how to operate the outdoor amenities and the speakers. Super straightforward, easy, and helpful. We had the best time ever!

Muslim is a great a host! I enjoyed my stay, safe neighborhood, wonderful lake, and it was peaceful. A great location, gym, restaurants, groceries stores, cinema, bars; all within 10-12 minutes’ drive of the location.
