Absolutely loved it. The owner is super attentive ( fast communication, super friendly). The house was spotless, never saw one insect of any kind, the location was great, the neighbors were quiet. This was our third trip (10 nights this time)and we enjoyed the 500m distance to the beach, having the super food 3 blocks away was great, Parking was easy, everything was clean and very safe. It’s not the ritz, and it’s not pretending to be. It is a very nice place in a great location with friendly people and easy access to everything. We can’t wait to stay again. Thank you so much for making our trip easy and comfortable. See you soon.

I had everything I needed for my stay. The shared kitchen and the large pool were a plus. The room was cleaned every day and all the staff were extremely friendly.

Such a great location, close to everything and really quite and cozy place to stay

Our 7 day stay here was perfect; we just needed simple accommodations to bathe and sleep as we wanted to be out experiencing the island every day, not in our room. Everyone else staying there was very mellow and amicable; we always slept well. We didn't cook there as we ate out every day, but there were adequate pots/pans/cutlery in case you decide to; there is also an outdoor cooking space by the pool. We mostly got around the area by foot or using the green scooters-the grocery store and Eagle beach are a very walkable distance. I did take a spill on one of the scooters and ended up with a pretty bad gash on my arm. I woke up to blood on the sheets and sent a message to host requesting clean ones and had them right away-very responsive. You can expect construction anywhere you stay on the island, but it was lowkey in this area. some banging here and there but nothing unbearable by any means. I would recommend staying here and will definitely be returning myself.

Marilin was such a friendly, loving and kind person. We would have needed to walk 35 min in the heat with the luggage to get to the airbnb. Marilin picked us up to help us. In general she was always reachable and offered us help whenever we needed sth. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a ricecooker! The bed was so comfortable and big! I would definigely come here again!

Extremely private place with a wonderful porch view. A very nice place that felt secure and off the beaten path.

We had a great time in Mitch & Jessica's house! Enjoy the lovely swimming pool, the tranquility, the (tropical) pets, the nice chill spots, the BBQ, and the hospitality! They were always in for nice conversations and the atmosphere was casual. Nice location in the middle of the island, from here you can get everywhere by car. We will definitely come back if we are in Aruba again.

We loved staying at Ricardo’s place. Ricardo is very helpful and when we had an issue he pulled a rabbit out of his hat fixed the issue and took very well care of us in the mean time. The location is great there is lots to do and the grocery store is around the corner. The island is fantastic,safe, great food and there is something to do for everyone’s taste. I highly recommend staying at Ricardo’s place.

Our stay in this apartment was just perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The place was spotless, very well decorated and with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Silvana and Pico were extremely friendly and attentive, always available to answer any questions and give us great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Aruba. Highly recommended!

Kym and her team were top notch!! Very helpful and communicative and made sure we had everything we needed! Location is beautiful and on a great, remote spot on the island close to all of the good beaches. I swear the place was even better in person and all of the rooms were very spacious. Plenty of good monkey visitors right out the back door

Comfortable place in a great location! Host provided clear directions to get to the place. Well stocked with amenities, both in terms of housewares and things for the beach. Washer and dryer definitely came in handy. AC only in the bedroom but could get a decent enough breeze in the kitchen/living area with fan and windows. Very nice having a carport. Makes you feel your rental car is a bit more protected from the elements, and you will need to have a car to get to the place. The view is amazing as others have noted! Spent most mornings and evenings just enjoying the view. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Convenient location to Christiansted, beaches, and generally getting around the island. Frederiksted is a bit more of a trek but worth a visit. The place itself is in pretty good condition and overall a great place from which to explore and enjoy St Croix!

Our recent stay at Oceania was absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with views of crystal – clear turquoise waters, stretching out as far as the eye can see. We loved waking up and enjoying our coffee on the private terrace with the ocean breeze. What truly set this property apart was the beach – it was refreshingly uncrowded, providing a sense of peace and tranquility that’s hard to find in more tourist-heavy areas. The location was also ideal-quiet enough for a peaceful retreat but close enough to nearby restaurants, shops and activities when we wanted to explore. The staff was incredibly friendly, offering helpful recommendations for local attractions and ensuring our every need was met. We can’t wait to return!

We had a great time and things went smoothly! It’s give or take 10-15 minutes away from most attractions (beaches, groceries and restaurants, airport) but we were ok with that because we prefer to be quiet. You definitely need a car and they have one for rent if you need it. Any questions we had were answered promptly. The place is very clean and has everything you would need. This is my second time staying at the house. Both times I have had a really good time. Great locations and great amenities. This second time I had the unfortunate luck of the entire island being left without power a day before my arrival. However, by the time I got to the house Julian already had a backup generator installed and running the entire house. Communication was excellent before and during my stay to ensure I was not missing anything. In summary, highly recommended.

Black palm has been the most magical experience possible ! We booked this exact villa for my birthday because of how much it stood out from the others ! The large pool in front of the ocean view ! The rooms were perfect size to get comfortable! The stairs were beautiful and complimented the home so well! The kitchen was so clean and felt like home when we cooked dinner and breakfast! It was our first time in ST. Maarten and I am so glad we picked too stay here! It was only about 12 min from everything , we had a personal driver take us too and from! And the neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful ! I loved how our host had beach towels and bath towels for us! And we enjoyed just watching movies on the couch and lounging around! The sitting area right outside the kitchen was so peaceful you could hear the ocean waves while you laid out and sun bathed! The shower was very clean! And the water stayed Hot ! I enjoyed the view from both bedrooms as it looked out into the pool and the sea!

My friends and I decided to book Alexandra’s property for our birthday vacation and I can say it exceeded our expectations. Alexandra was responsive whenever needed, as well as Cady, who manages the home. Cady gave us a great warm welcome and any information we needed. The house looked exactly like the photos and the overall ambiance & privacy of the community was great. I would love to stay here again for my next trip to Aruba, for sure. Thank you for everything!

Amazing find here - 2 blocks from Maho Beach. Airport taxi dispatcher wasn’t familiar with the location so we had trouble getting there. My suggestion would be to tell them to take you to “WE Lounge” which is on the corner of Nile Rd and walk up from there. Great place, plenty of sleeping space, and always responsive host.

If you’re looking for a place away from the busy tourist are, this is it!! I’m from Patillas so I was right at home!! Beautiful house comfortable and I cannot say enough about Myleizli!! She was so responsive!!! I felt bad at one point because I had to reach out to her a few times with questions but she was very quick to respond!! One of the best things was that the island had lost power a few times and for us the light just flickered because the generator kicked on so we had power the whole time! If you visit Puerto Rico and just want to go relax this is the place!! I got to meet her brother and dad! Awesome people!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!!!!❤️🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷
