Георгій дуже клієнтоорієнтовна людина! Апартаменти з прямим видом на море. Чудове розташування, паркінг, мийка для авто, поруч кафе зі смачними сніданками і доставкою в апартаменти. Тиха та сучасна квартира! Дякую за гостинність! Беззаперечно рекомендуємо!

Нам понравилось . Спасибо большое гостеприимным хозяевам ! Нам позволили раньше заселиться и позже выехать,что было очень удобно . Само место близко к центру и в пешей доступности от пляжа . Очень понравился свой собственный маленький дворик , где можно было вечером выпить чаю , вдыхая ароматы спелого винограда и моря. В доме везде чисто , есть достаточное количество посуды , полотенец . Удобные кровати . Хороший интернет . Неудобным было то ,что 2 спальни не имеют окон и единственный способ вентиляции этих комнат- открытые двери в соседнюю .Это не всегда удобно для большой компании , т.к. по факту не получается изолированных комнат . Хозяева- очень приятные и гостеприимные люди .Сделали все ,что от них зависело , чтобы наше пребывание у них было максимально комфортным. Спасибо большое!

Очень красивая квартира с отличным и тихим расположением, при заселении никаких проблем не возникало. Невероятный вид на Аркадию и на море, квартира со всеми удобствами, много интересной литературы. Большое спасибо за отдых!

Це неймовірно затишний будиночок з територією, де все схиляє до відпочинку. Ми не знайшли щось схоже в Одесі серед всього що пропонується під подобову оренду. Власники - дуже приємні і цікаві люди, і вони вклали дуже багато душі в цей об'єкт, а тому є відчуття, що ти не просто десь в готелі, а ніби в гостях у друзів. Фонтанка - це тиха і спокійна частина Одеси, звідки можна легко дістатись до центру міста на автомобілі в межах 30 хв. Локація зручна під будь-які потреби і бажання. Однозначно приїдемо ще.

It was the greatest stay! Awesome apartment, very responsive and friendly host, and a beautiful area. The terrace & barbecue are magnificent. Good internet connection, peaceful building, and everything you need to always feel at home. Thanks for the great month! Highly recommended.

Очень приятно было остановиться в данной квартире,приветливая хозяйка Алла, пошла на встречу с поздним заселением и встретила нас)Квартира очень уютная, светлая, чистая, территория приватная, во дворе тихо, в пешей доступности море, парк,детские площадки, много кафешек и ресторанов на любой вкус, рядом большой супермаркет.Локация дома прям ТОП!

Все было прекрасно и замечательно! Отдохнули очень хорошо! Хозяева очень приятные люди🥰были рады познакомиться☺️ Домик оборудован всем необходимым. Очень приятно что есть много бытовых мелочей) В доме чисто и уютно ☺️ На террасе вообще своя атмосфера. Обязательно еще приедем отдыхать ❤️

Подорожував у справах, дуже рекомендую це житло, залишився задоволеним, квартира чиста, комфортна та в гарній локації, дякую!
