I really liked this place, very clean and neat, it was in an excellent location, and the owner responds to your questions fast.

The most wonderful place to stay. Francesca is the most welcoming, thoughtful, kind, friendly and helpful host and it has been an absolute delight staying in her apartment. The apartment is perfect. The balcony overlooks the sea, and the apartment has everything you need to feel at home. The location is perfect as it’s next to the sea and the city centre. The local restaurants are so close and there are many to choose from. We hired bikes from shop round the corner and rode to Montesilvano which was a flat rode along the seafront, so would recommend if you like that type of thing. There are lovely shops in the city centre and after a long day out either at the beach or shopping or exploring, the apartment is the most relaxing place to come home to. It’s spotless, modern, bright and the bed is very comfortable. Would highly recommend and thank you again Francesca for being the most delightful host ❤️

The stay was great, the place has all the comforts and is fully equipped. It is 200m from the C metro stop that provides accessibility to the center. It's an artists' neighborhood and two blocks has a wide range of bars for snacks. Sunday was always kind and flexible to our schedules about the last day we had to leave our bags in order to take advantage of it. We even had to go a few days earlier than planned and he got us another airbnb for those days.

We stayed at this property for a week and Mrs. Leondina welcomed us with great warmth and kindness, responding to our every need. The apartment has large spaces, modern and clean, with everything you need and its strong point is the extreme proximity to the beach. Great experience, we will definitely be back! We had a pleasant stay in Rome, the apartment is super well located close to the train station and metro, close to the city center. Well-equipped apartment, with very special attention, tiramisu on arrival! Thanks Marco, super host and very attentive and responsive. Recommended

We had a good stay here. Easy to find and not too far away from the centre at all (about 30min walk from the Colosseum) Lots of local bus services easy to access too. Nice big space in the flat which was great. The flat is a basement flat but does have windows and shutters to let some light in. Great place to say for a exploring city break

Very nice house, free parking. I think it is a lovely accommodation during the summer with the garden. We stayed at the end of October and the place was a little damp. Overall everything was good.
