Our apartment has recently been re-decorated and it is very bright and spacious. It is designed in 3 different floors well shaped. 3 bedrooms in total compose the apartment: 2 double rooms with great views to the sea, and another huge bedroom on the top of the house again with a breathtaking view.

The apartments are situated in the very centre of Preila, in the same place as the former Kurhaus – right next to the lagoon and spacious park. The Baltic Sea is just 5 minutes away by bicycle or 15 minutes by foot along the path leading through the pine forest.

„Family Villa“ house has 4 bedrooms, a shared kitchen area with all necessary appliances and a dining-room, a terrace with a view to the Curonian lagoon, 3 separate bathrooms with WC and showers. For the comfort of guests there is sauna, fireplace, TV, Wi-FI, air conditioners, banquet hall etc. The house area is 120 m2. The maximum number of guests - 9.

We made this 3+1 (basement) cottage house from old garage. In the first floor your will find a fire place and small terrace for morning coffee. Every floor has double bed. This area of Nida is 2km from the town center. It is perfect if you are nature lover, as forest trails are just around the corner.
