Vacation rentals with beach access in Nerežišća

Great location! Amazing being so close to the beach. A little squishy for a group of 5 but we made it work.

The apartment was actually much nicer than in the photos. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Only that house number 11 is not right next to 10 was a bit confusing when finding the place.

The place was exactly how it was described in the picture with an amazing view from the balcony. The beach, shops and restaurants were a very short walk from the apartment and felt very safe walking at night. The apartment was also very spacious with everything you needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. The throw rugs were also a massive bonus.

Josip and his family couldn’t be more fantastic hosts, so friendly, even picked us up from the airport and cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning! The spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment overlooks beautiful ocean views from every balcony. We enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi most days, our daughter loved her own personal playground too! We enjoyed a speedboat island tour (and swimming in crystal clear waters) on Josip’s recommendation, with the boat able to moor and pick us up directly outside Josip’s house. The beach is literally a meter away! Some great beach front restaurants just a 5 minute walk away, where we enjoyed the Croatian sunset and some delicious local food. We definitely hope to be back soon :)

Milka is such a lovely host, if we needed anything she responded immediately. Beds very comfy and plenty of storage space. Air con was brilliant. Apartment very roomy with everything you should need. Supermarket and bakery right next door. Beach just a few minutes walk away. Would definitely return and recommend.

A home with local flair. Very quiet place. Beautiful view from the terrace, access to the sea and 2 minutes from the beach. Large private area with various seating areas. Very responsive and attentive hosts who are always ready to help. The location of the house provides for the presence of a car. We will definitely return to this piece of paradise. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Seget Vranjica over Christmas 2023 at Villa Rozana in the apartment in the attic apartment (2nd floor). The apartment is as shown on the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. There is a small Studenac and Tommy supermarket within walking distance. The view of the sea is very nice, we were lucky with the weather, sunshine every day and 12-17 degrees outside every day. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, with the air conditioning you could heat well. In the season, no restaurants are open in Seget Vranjica. In Trogir (about 5 km) away there is plenty of gastronomy (limited on Christmas holidays). It is nice that you have the overcrowded places almost to yourself in the summer. Good starting point for excursions along the coast (Trogir, Sibenik, Krka Falls). Mislat welcomed us and was always easily accessible and helpful. We loved our stay.

A wonderful host and a great place to stay!!

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

Our family had the most wonderful time at Darija's place. If you enjoy dipping into crystal clear water right at your doorstep, want to unwind and relax, you will love it there. Stomorska is a charming small village on Solta, less than an hour by ferry from Split. All the people are lovely and helpful. We spent most of our time with long swims, late lunches and aperitifs on our own terrace with a view, ice cream or dinner nearby. Don't miss to do a boat trip around the island. Darija was super responsive and welcoming, and her parents Dado and Jadranka treated us to a fantastic BBQ. All in all: perfect. Thank you!!

Bruno took care of everything in advance. Private transfer from the airport was great. Was received by the brother who showed me everything on site. Accommodation was cozy, everything available and clean. Everything is within walking distance. Beach/sea almost at your doorstep. Sound location. Gladly again.

Stayed for 9 days and enjoyed the property and the amazing view. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and very close access to beach which was perfect. We even had a flat tire situation with our car and Josip went above and beyond to help us! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very well located accommodation with magnificent views. We enjoyed the beautiful terrace. The accommodation is well-equipped.

Best location, best view, best rental I have ever stayed at in regards to having everything you need. Great bed, lots of hot water, groceries stores everywhere. We just really felt like we were home. When we come back next year if the rental is available we will definitely rent again.

We spent three fantastic days on Hvar. Frane was a fantastic host. He messaged us a couple of days before arrival and offered to help us with luggage from the ferry. This was appreciated as it is a few minutes climb up steps to the apartment which has a tremendous view. It's only 5 or 6 minutes from the promenade and nearest beach but is in a peaceful area. The apartment is extremely nice. Kitchen had just been refurbished and is fully equipped for self catering. The living room seemed larger than shown in the photo. The balcony view is incredible and is south facing so has the sun almost all day. Frane gave us some helpful information as we arrived and was responsive when we had any question but otherwise left us alone. But on departure day he again helped us with luggage. All in all perfect accommodation with an excellent host.

With specious two bedrooms, it’s a well equipped and beautifully decorated apartment, walking distance to a long stretching beach on Čiovo island. Comfortable beds. The bathroom was smaller than expected but specious shower cubicle with a bath and seating area.Breathtaking view out of kitchen window and from outside seating balcony area.

Perfect getaway in a fantastic place to stay! Our 8 nights in this AirBnB apartment was just amazing! The quiet and peaceful location immediately relaxed us. The apartment was sparkling clean and perfectly equipped – we lacked nothing to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. The hosts were extremely friendly and communication went smoothly. Just made our stay even more enjoyable. We really appreciated the tranquility and cozy atmosphere and highly recommend this place. An ideal place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! 💙

We spent few nights in Split. Accomodation was great: felt new and was absolutely clean. We knew beforehand that the location was not that close to center and relied mostly on Uber/Bolt. The neighbourhood had all the necessary services, but there wasnt too much to see. As long as that does not bother you, the accomodation was great with private parking place and would recommend it to anyone visiting Split.

Fantastic view from the balcony - better than watching TV! Lovely swimming pool. A steep walk from the beach - but so is everywhere near here!. A great location in a lovely authentic village - all amenties nearby. I'd recommend the local fish restaurant too!!

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in this great apartment. Everything was sparkling clean and there was everything you need for daily use (detergent, dishwashing tabs, cleaning utensils...). The kitchen is super equipped and also has a dishwasher. The hosts are very friendly and we felt like we were on vacation with friends. The sea is only a few steps away and you can always find a free spot. In 10-15 minutes, you can walk to 2 supermarkets and some good restaurants.
