If you love the sea, you will find several seaside resorts a few kilometers away, such as Alba Adriatica and Tortoreto Lido (blue flags 2022). The centrality of our town will allow you to visit, in addition to the coastal resorts, some of the most beautiful villages in Italy, stroll through our olive groves or take bike tours and excursions! Casa Fenice is located next to an olive grove and overlooking the cultivated fields of neighboring farms. Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Immersed in the Marche countryside, the house is located a few meters from the Tronto river and bordering the bike path that connects S. Benedetto. Not having houses in the immediate vicinity, the house allows you to fully enjoy your stay in absolute freedom (even with music until late at night). A barbecue and wood-burning oven are available.
