Suren is great host, everything was as described in the listing. Big yard and empty space. You can park on the territory. He is very friendly and well managed. This place is highly recommended.

IF YOU’RE READING THIS PLEASE COME STAY HERE! I was fortunate to meet a friend from Norway at a vipassana meditation retreat in America who had been here and told me about it. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had and a true gem of Nepal. Kamal, his wife Goma and family instantly welcomed me into their family. I had initially booked for 4 nights not sure what to expect and ended up staying for 12 and I really wanted to stay longer. This place attracts a certain kind of person and I met some beautiful new friends from America and Europe who I really bonded with over the 12 days. From the breathtaking hikes, truly authentic and homegrown meals, intimate meditation/yoga classes every morning and the most peaceful, idyllic atmosphere you could ever dream of, I’m already looking forward to coming back for a longer stay in the future. Thank you Kamal and family, you are wonderful!

Manish’s apartment was as per the description. It’s a cozy apartment with every facility you need. Cold evening in Kathmandu was not a problem with A/C and a heater making the apartment warm. Security was very nice. Sumit from casa deyra, was also greatwith communication. No hassle in check-in and check-out. Overall, very nice stay. Would definitely book this place for my next visit and recommend for my friends.

I had a fantastic stay at Bhawani’s place, they have been always really helpful and nice with us since day one, very responsive and attentive and that was appreciated 🙏 They offer one complimentary meal and breakfast is included too, the food is also delicious there. Felt in love with paratha! The apartment is spacious and traditionally decorated, I love it this way. Hot shower and kitchen working perfectly and you can use the laundry as well. The location is peaceful and you can walk to bus station and cafes or take very cheap taxis to go to Thamel in 10 minutes, you should download Indrive for taxis, it’s really convenient. Nice supermarkets also just 10 minutes walking distance. It is a highly recommended place to stay in Katmandú and if I ever be back I will contact them again for sure. Situated in peaceful residential area. Google sometimes shows thin lanes as best route. Always coordinate with the owner. He was very helpful. My only concern was that there were no fan in the rooms. Though not required throughout the year in Kathmandu but in June it was hot and humid.

The flat I rented from Andrei and Maria was perfectly in line with the photos and the descriptions. I loved the atmosphere, the neighborhood, and the flat. It was peaceful and quiet, which was great as a contrast to the hustle and bustle of Patan. I highly recommend the apartment. Maria and Andrei were not on site themselves. but the friendly downstairs neighbor took care of my questions and provided assistance when needed.

Good stay, considerate hosting. Old style hospitality missing in most of South Asia nowadays. Homely and seeped in knowledge culture.

Christian and his family are saints, we had a very perilous journey on scooter from Sauraha to Pharping and were kindly received by these incredible hosts, warm comfy beds in creative bamboo houses on top of an incredible valley filled with wildlife. The Pharping area is definitely worth a trip from KTM, Darkshinkali temple cannot be missed, and Tibetan Buddhism is massive here, more monastries than I can count. Amazing.

I Stay with my family at Touch the Himalaya homestay for two month, was a Wonderful stay and everything was more than what we expected. The owner (Madan and His Family) really take care of each and every point, we loved this hospitality. The property has spectacular views of mountains and there are many nooks available to soak in the scenery. The other hand side, Madan is professional tour and trekking guide, he knows each and every tourist attractions, we roamed around the city with his advice. We loved spending time in the nearby areas whenever the weather allowed. We will surely remember this stay for years and plan for our next visit soon. Also recommend others friends who plan their long stay in Kathmandu.

I loved every last moment of my 55 days at Abhaya’s home. A very short walk to many shops and restaurants, but on a sweet back road with a slower pace. The apartment felt warm, comfortable, and private - but with the timely care of a wonderful and friendly family. Everything was available and managed incredibly well. More than just thankful for the experience, I was touched that a family had such time and guidance for someone such as myself - who just happened to make this booking on AirBnb. Thank you so much for everything! For sure I hope to consider this my home base in the future while in Kathmandu, and I do hope to make it back very soon.

Perfect place in Kathmandu for short and long-term stays. Flats are comfortably equipped with all the needed amenities, as depicted in photos. Best silent location away from pollution and the rush of the city, yet in walking distance to the center. Urmila and her family are all very helpful in assisting you in every situation to make your stay most comfortable. I will stay again in the future. Thank you.

The room is not bad, I like the small sofa at the door, and there is a small bed in the living room.The bathroom is a little bit old, it is recommended to install some hooks, if you also go in the winter, take a shower in the afternoon or evening, there may be no hot water late.The kitchen is large, but the lights are out and one light is a bit dark at night.The landlord is very friendly. A lot of trips and activities are arranged and tickets were arranged and tickets were very convenient. The condiments were also taken from the landlord's room upstairs. Overall, it was very good. There was no hot water👍 at night. I hope to remind future travelers to avoid embarrassment.😅

I had a great stay at Urban Retreat Studio Apartments. It is located in a convenient location of Lalitpur and is very walkable. The room was spacious, open, and very bright with lots of windows. Parbat, the host, was very responsive and quick to answer and accommodate my questions. I'd recommend this place for those looking for a studio apartment in the heart of Kathmandu.

I had an amazing stay with Akash- he was super friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and he was funny on top of it all. Unit looked even better than how it seemed in the photos, big kitchen, great location, and best of all he picked me up from the airport. I’m telling you you if you’re planning to come to Kathmandu this is the place to stay.

Sanjeeb and his family are helpful and nice. House is clean and you can feel as at home. The house is near the street and you can buy anything easily by walk distance. If you like cooking, it is a very recommended location to stay. Would like to stay next trip to Nepal.
