I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and easy. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. I’d love to come back for another visit!

We really enjoyed staying at Rodafina, private and surrounded by nature, walking distance to village cafes and restaurant. Popi and Xanthos were great hosts, helpful and with good local recommendations. We appreciated how well equipped and clean the place was too.

Lovely spacious villa - perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Sea view won’t last long once the building of the new villas in front is complete.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus war einfach perfekt! Schon beim Betreten haben wir uns wie Zuhause gefühlt. Jeder Raum ist großzügig gestaltet, sodass man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Besonders begeistert hat uns der schöne große Pool und der traumhafte Außenbereich – hier konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang mit Blick aufs Meer vom Balkon aus genießen. Es war alles sauber und zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Eine Waschmaschine wie Geschirrspüler sind auch vorhanden. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp für alle, die Erholung und Komfort in perfekter Kombination suchen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder! Danke an Laura die uns mit ihren Geheimtipps auf der Insel versorgt hat.

Charoulla and her husband were very nice and extremely helpful. The villa was immaculate. Lovely pool and garden. Charoulla left us a welcome plate of cold meats on arrival and we were able to keep the villa until 6.00pm as we had a late flight. We had an amazing time. Restaurants and bars are about a 10 minute walk away supermarket and pharmacy very close by. Thank you Charoulla we hope to return for a second visit.

Mooie locatie en een geweldig ruim huis van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden, handdoeken en keukendoeken werden op tijd verschoond. Fijn zwembad en veel ruimte om het huis. We hebben 2 hele fijne weken gehad. Zeker een aanrader

David was a fantastic host. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. Always on hand when we had questions and quick to respond. The Villa is beautiful and it would be hard to beat the view from the terrace/pool area! Stunning! Would not hesitate to book this villa again in the future. If you're a Brit visiting Cyprus for the first time, hire a car as they drive on the same side as us, so it was really easy to get around. Also plug sockets are the same, so no need for adaptors!

Eine unglaubliche Unterkunft, die meine Erwartungen völlig übertroffen hat. Es gibt einen riesigen Pool, schattige Plätze unter Olivenbäumen, einen Open Air-Barbereich (mit Musik), eine große gemütliche Terrasse mit verschiedenen Grillgelegenheiten; und jeder Platz für sich ist es wert, ein Glas Wein zu genießen. Aber das aller Beeindruckendste ist die gigantische Aussicht! Man sieht auf die umliegenden Dörfer, die Berge und das Meer. Und bei jedem Blick entdeckt man etwas Neues. Die Küche und der Wohnbereich sind riesig, die Schlafzimmer gemütlich. Unser Aufenthalt war perfekt, ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had such a great stay at this villa! It’s beautiful, super comfortable, and had everything we needed. The area is really quiet and peaceful, with an amazing view. The garden is huge and the pool was perfect. Florin was super responsive and took care of everything we needed. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend!

Vi havde 6 dage i Villa Kyma, som gav os den bedste ferie vi kan mindes. Det er ikke sidste gang vi besøger Cypern, og vi kan sagtens overveje at leje samme villa igen. Det var meget trygt at bo i villaen, og indkøb og strand, var kun få minutters kørsel væk. Det er dejligt at der er fuldstændigt roligt om aftenen, og vi kunne sidde udenfor og nyde stilheden. Super lækkert med grill-huset, som gav os nogle hyggelige grill aftener. Alt i alt, et fantastisk sted.

הוילה עלתה על כל הציפיות! אנחנו משפחה של שש נפשות, הורים ומתבגרים. הוילה יפהפיה ומאובזרת בכל מה שצריך (כולל מפות לשולחן ונרות ליופי, כוסות ליין, כלים לשמונה איש, כלי מנגל, וכל מה שצריך כדי לתפעל מטבח נעים). הנוף מדהים, בריכה לא קטנה פונה לנוף נהדר של הים, ספות שיזוף ופינת אוכל בפנים ובחוץ. החדרים פונים כולם לים ויש ארבעה חדרי שירותים- הכל נקי ונעים. המארח זמין לכל שאלה והמלצה, ההליכה לים קצרה (שלוש דקות הליכה) - הוילה נראית בדיוק כמו בתמונות. בהחלט נחזור שוב!!

VillaRay Villa is an ideal family holiday. Beautiful views, very quiet area. The villa was very clean and well equipped, the bathrooms are on the small size. There was a couple of issues but Cyprus Villas were very easy to get hold of and someone came out straight away.

Great historical house, authentic yet comfortable and cosy It felt like staying at a friend's house

We loved our stay! The villa came well-equipped, everything we needed to cook was available and we truly enjoyed having a private pool. The house was clean and spacious, the outdoors mostly well taken care of and the instructions for our stay were clear. The only thing to take into consideration is that the price to pay for privacy is the distance from pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants, it's quite far as the villa sits on a steep hill and the roads are narrow with no place for walking. However, the closest town Polis and the seaside are to die for! We loved every single restaurant and the supermarket was well-equipped for cooking ourselves. I would definitely recommend this for families and groups of friends!

Wunderschönes Haus, tolle Gastgeber. Waren sofort zur Stelle, als wir etwas brauchten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen und können es jedem empfehlen. Die Umgebung war ruhig, so wie wir es uns gewünscht hatten und das Meer mit kleinem Fußweg erreichbar.

We loved our stay at Villa Demetra. The Villa grounds and surrounding area is beautiful. The Villa is a great size with big bedrooms and bathrooms. Very handy to have a ground floor bedroom too. We like that this is a local family owned villa from a family who have grown up in the area. They care about it and want guests to have a nice time. Overall it was a great stay.

The place was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Everything was smooth and as expected. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Coral Beach. The space was perfect for two young families with two babies. Due to availability our stay was split between two villas and they were both great. The host was incredibly responsive to any questions and dealing with issues and sent someone to fix the AC within hours of me communicating the issue. The furniture is very slightly dated and the first villa was a bit short on utensils/ cooking equipment but these were very minor issues.

A beautifully appointed villa. It exceeded expectations- it’s much more modern inside than the pictures suggest. The outside space is excellent too, and like a previous comment, the pictures do not do it justice. There is a small table and 4 chairs at the front of the house and a much larger table and six chairs at the rear of the property. There are 4 good quality sun loungers and other small chairs. In the second week of October, with the sun sitting lower in the sky, we did have to move about to chase the sun, but there was always a place to sit and enjoy it until about 15:30. 20 minutes drive into Polis and about 15 to Kathikas where there are a number of great restaurant/taverna choices.

Un séjour merveilleux dans une villa très confortable et bien équipée. Le logement est situé à proximité de la mer et des commerces. La piscine et les extérieurs sont vraiment très agréables. Vous avez l impression d être à la campagne avec le bruit des oiseaux. Michael vous donne toutes les instructions et possède une maison chaleureuse et accueillante avec une décoration très sympa. Vous pouvez louer ce logement , c est un paradis que vous ne voulez pas quitter.

Amongst the top holiday experiences either of us can remember, largely due to staying in such a beautiful villa. We felt relaxed, comfortable and at home from the minute we walked through the door. The cul-de-sac of villas is just 10 mins walk to the village square, so shops and restaurants etc are on tap. However, the villa itself is the epitome of peace and tranquility. Noise pollution (dogs, planes, discos) significantly lower than holiday norm. Facilities beyond expectations (first time having a pool to ourselves, so slightly giddy), and super helpful local liaison. James responded to all queries very quickly, really can't fault anything, would give more stars if we could.
